1st game, 1st win for De Rossi and now Mou has been already forgotten.

Mou may go to Napoli next year.

In the second half AS Roma's game actually started to get a bit chaotic even though there was a penalty kick which the Verona players failed to score. However, today at least AS Roma has tasted victory again at home to restore the enthusiasm of the players in their own team, because AS Roma still needs more wins in the upcoming matches to be able to improve its position in the standings. Even though AS Roma is not far behind the teams in the top four, Roma is still far behind the current leaders.

Verona is not a top club, but for some reason, this club often causes problems for Roma. head to head they are quite even. and in the end in this match Roma won 2 - 1 with de Rossi's debut. In fact, Roma was quite dominant at the start of the match, but Verona also had quite a lot of resistance, even though they had less ball possession, they were able to show quite good attacks. A decent home win for Roma with a score of 2-1 and I can't believe they did it quickly from the first half. Roma managed to score two goals and it was all thanks to the strategy of their new coach De Rossi. Who would have thought that at the start of his debut as Roma coach he could immediately have a good impact on the team's victory and I hope this doesn't stop here. Verona was only able to get one goal back and had the opportunity to kick a penalty earlier but failed to score a goal.

This is Roma's first win in four games and a good welcoming performance from Daniele De Rossi. The tattooed coach has gotten this important win that has moved them to eight in the Seria A. They had more ball possession but fewer goal attempts than Verona. Being a former player who spent about eighteen years in Roma he would get the support of the players and the fans. It was also great to see Lukaku getting a goal and I hope he will gain the favour of the new coach because he was highly cherished by Jose Mourinho.  


I don't see any reason why you should doubt Juventus' ability to win the League. They are just two points below Inter Milan which means that if Inter loses any game they would be able to top the league. We still have to give them the benefit of the doubt because the league is still fresh. I really want them to win the league because they have suffered so many sanctions from the FA and they deserve some compensation.    

Roma won the first match with the help of the new coach. Roma beat Verona 2-1. So was the decision to sack Mourinho correct Roma management? Mourinho was a more experienced coach than De Rossi.

Roma's overall performance against Verona was very good. I wouldn't say that Roma dominated the match. But their performance was good. Verona's players were more attacking than Roma's in this match. However, after leading 2-0 in the first half, Roma won easily. But I am not sure if Roma team will be able to maintain consistency under De Rossi.

Very important win for As.Roma today as they were looking for a victory for quite some time and if I'm not mistaken , this is their first victory on 2024. Also , with this victory the team will most likely get a morale boost ( + DeRossi being a badass who won't permit a lot of things to new players but also the youth ones ) so that's why I do think As.Roma will start a winning streak from here.

Yeah actually Juventus seem too relaxed on the league table because if it was when Juventus was still on there good performance Inter Milan doesn't use  to be much of a rival against them but what I'm seeing this reason on inter Milan performance is very surprising and encouraging however I'm not disputing the fact that Inter Milan doesn't play well on there previous seasons but what I'm actually trying to say is that there performance on this season is never like there previous season and is actually obvious that they are the only team that stands in between Juventus and the first position of the league.

Although with the current performance of Juventus I doubt if they can be able to lead this league season because there efforts is not enough, although they are almost the same points with Inter Milan but before they can be able to push inter Milan down is only if inter will lose there match against Napoli while Juventus wins there match against Lecce which is still not certain.

There is a slight difference in the first half and the second half. In the first half Roma looked aggressive producing 2 scores at the start but in the second half Roma almost conceded several times but fortunately when Verona had a penalty kick opportunity Duric failed to score wasting the opportunity (I think he was tired) Lol
However, in the end Verona was able to score 1 score thanks to Folorunsho but in the end Roma still won with a score of 2-1.

Regardless of whether it was luck or not but debuting with a point in hand was a very good thing for De Rosi in this match because they did manage to get 3 points and get the first win in the transition phase when the concern about the performance declining when Mourinho was missing was one that could not be imagined before.

They had good possession and I like what Roma showed in this match but indeed if you look at the whole that happened, they still have a lot to get used to because seeing from what happened in this match we actually know that even though their possession is good but they still have problems for teamwork especially when utilizing opportunities.

Currently Juventus is really trying it's best to be a threat and matching contender against inter Milan and they just need to be more consistent and make sure to get some more wins to complement their current point to aid their move to the top of the table, they actually didn't start the season with a good performance and it's probably affecting their current position on the table.

But for a team who had a weak forma at the beginning of the season currently they should be considered performing well as they were able to get to the top of the table at a point when they picked up a good form and improved performance, inter Milan has actually stayed around the top four team on the team from the begin of this season and Juventus had to work their way through to the top, I think it will be more clear if Juventus will be able to win the scudetto by the end of the season after the UCL round of sixteen will begin and inter Milan will have to maintain a balance between the UCL and the serie A.

Yeah AS Roma are playing today and they have secured the first half with 2 goals again Lukaku scored the first goal in the 19th minute his contribution continues to AS Roma, this is a good move from AS Roma after several bad results in the last 5 matches only won once so they really need a win to increase their confidence moreover, next February AS Roma will continue their matches in the Europa League. Roma 2-0 Verona

Roma enjoying the game between them and Verona, as they are leading the game with two goals, which both goals was scored in the first half. Lukaku broke the deadlock on the 17th minutes with a good strike, and Pellegrini scored the second goal on the 25th minutes with a powerful shot to find the back of the post. Roma took possession of the first half, as Verona is no match for them.

The second half is on and Roma is still in dominance of the game as Verona has a poor defense and a weak midfield to combat the pressure that Roma is mounting on them. Di Rossi first match, is a good luck to Roma, because it is certain that Roma will win the match.

Yes, of course Milan can win easily because Udinese has a very weak defense. We can see from the results so far from 20 matches that Udinese has conceded 32 scores and this is clear evidence that Udinese will not be able to withstand attacks from Milan who can always take opportunities when there is space blank.
For Roma, maybe some people still doubt it, but we can see that the match is currently underway and Roma is superior with 2 scores scored by Lukaku and Pellegrini.

Since Inter Milan got surprisingly eliminated from the Coppa Italia, maybe they want to keep the backdoor open and win the "little treble", which comprises the Serie A title, the Champions League title and the Super Coppa title. This year they are not hiding and I am sure they still don't fully accept the elimination in the Coppa Italia. That was a huge warning to them.

The Super Coppa final is in two days already and if Napoli wants to make this season be worth at least something, I think they should give this game a good amount of attention. The Champions League is still ongoing for them, but that's probably not the title they could most likely win.

After 3 matches without a win, today Roma will probably secure a win against Verona at home. So far Roma has a 2-0 lead over Verona through goals from Romelu Lukaku and Lorenzo Pellegrini, but considering that Roma is quite good at dominating the game then maybe 3 to 4 goals will be the end of this match.

Daniele De Rossi raised the spirits of Roma who parted ways with Jose Mourinho, even if Verona is just a team in the relegation zone. It's been a great start for Daniele De Rossi as Roma coach and that's exactly what any fan would hope for.

Juventus was not performing so badly last season but the sanction was just making it looked like a bad result. In fact, juventus could still play at UCL this season if there would be no sanction came to the club but this is the problem faced by old lady last season.
