I know. It was a funny experience of mine minutes prior to halving. I was reading chats in online casino chatrooms and other players are so excited of the price increase because they have bought bitcoins during that day. I told them that there will be no dramatic changes on bitcoins that time. They end up teasing with one another minutes after the halving though.

Hopefully, all of us will be successful in any of our bitcoin endeavors... I am very proud to my self (just like you) of being part of the gestation process of bitcoin..

Welp, I've already expected that nothing's really going to happen at the very day of the halving. In fact, that's actually what's supposed to be expected. It's not like the price would one day surge to whatever price you guys are expecting. It'll take days, weeks, months even, for the value to rise. Hopefully.

Our halving day have got over. Also most users expectations haven't come true, possibly I'm one among them and expect for gradual increase in price to reach $1000 by the year end.

The price won't shoot up that fast. It will probably go $50-$100 or even more down for a few months, it will rise back to $650 this winter and then will shoot up to $1k in the next spring. Nobody knows, the price can be controlled anytime by the magnates.

Many people predicted a sharp in change in price on this day but unfortunately it has not happened. The moment i saw hype about bitcoin price going upto over 1000 usd, I knew people would be cautious. I have not seen any sigficant changes in the price and previous increase in price about a month ago is not even related to halving.

I dont think bitcoin halving willngive effect to me,as we know bitcoin price not rise up,its just dumped,i think only miners who got effect from bitcoin halving.

This was not so good for miners and traders, of course, but many have said that low volatility is key if bitcoin is ever to go mainstream as a method of payment.

I think price of bitcoin will is trend down after halving block for couple month because i saw last halving block price of bitcoin went down. But it is just my opinion and my prediction there are not people who know about future.

All I can say is that I have no idea what is halving at the moment. Being new to BTC world, these things are quite new to me and my first experiences... one article I read about halving after hearing the term said that its gonna make it hard to mine bitcoin, especially for people who do not have big data center like mining rigs etc.
So lets see what happens...

this is right, now we have to wait to see the real effect block halving has on bitcoin economy. so far there were no effect and any change was only because of hype and people buying to the moon news but from now on the change is because of the half reward.

I sure the effect will take a long time because it's halving and not will happen for instantly, the rising price is a long term effect from having. we will feel it. ,maybe some people is feeling sad for that at this time.

some people feel disappointed because they make a big deal with their expectation, the thing the price of bitcoin will instantly rising. but I think better to follow the bitcoin and the situation it's can make me feeling fine with anything.

I'm happy that bitcoin has reached another halving and I wish there will be more halving to come. As long as bitcoin still stands is enough to make me happy, with regards to the price as long as it will not go down then it is still good. Price increase will happen sooner or later and we just need to wait. Overall I'm happy that a price increase happened a month ago and I connect it to halving.

yeah this is already a few hours after halving come but prices are still stable and even decreased by 2% from the previous? is it the price will be rising or not? is it may be because demand is down so bitcoin halving effect is not felt?
yeah maybe we have to wait longer to see the effect
