I don't think so. Majority of the exchanges would only let you exchange your Alts for BTC, and, if we get done with BTC itself then I don't think these alts would survive.
BTC is like the base for all these currencies. As long as BTC has market cap, we will have alts in existence. The day people lose interest in BTC altogether, everything would be done and dusted for life.

I have knowledge now bitcoin cost is not strong but I m not move on and ignore the BTC.cause i know that bitcoin is the world first & greatest technology.and I also suppose crypto will reversion much dynamic in near posterior.
Our continued belief in Bitcoin is the only thing we can do during the downfall.
What are our beliefs? I know many of us that this would be future currency. So we do not have to sell and panic because this is definitely the case in the future. The best we can do is take advantage of the cheap price to make more bitcoin.

For me it's clear, from the moment BTC went to the Dow it slide down and be played by the big boys.
More and more we see up's and down's controlled by some big players between 6000 and 7500.
Alt coins are following that vibe, and some step out the line but be pushed in the direction the big players want.
I ask myself who is behind it, are governments behind it that not like the BTC and want it pushed down to get people frustrated.
So frustrated that many of us, get sick and tired of the up line pushed down already few time around 7400.
Ofcourse we are human, and after some push down's, we want to be strong and not give up.
But we also not want to be that person that miss the boot, where the rest break and sell the BTC.
It's almost 12 o clock when this price will go up around 7400 again, and drops down again i see a huge drop coming.
And the faith in going up higher, will be lost more and more. And that is what they want.
So what are you going to do ? Am I wrong ? It's massive indoctrination dunn by huge selling dumps.
We have 2 options Guys, let them play with us and let them win.
Or show them that BTC is much stronger then some Jealous scary Government, they need to be stopped.
We can only win this battle if you leave your finger off the Sell button.

For me people need to wait until bitcoin will be fully recover, there is no doubt that bitcoin can recover again so moving on is not the right thing to do, we need to trust the recovery of bitcoin and earn again money when the market became green.

if you have conclusion to do this i think you can try it, move on from bitcoin into another platform, but if you still believe in bitcoin you can try to hold and investing in bitcoin more and more again
I dont agree that we should move away from a great crypto, for me it is the time that we need to buy more bitcoin and became very rich when the market recover, bitcoin will not end, lets just continue to trust bitcoin. 
Like everything else Bitcoin has also gone through many changes that happened with time. So, what was profitable in one moment doesn't have to be in next, like mining. Some people don't want to accept changes and adjust so they rather abandon Bitcoin and move on. And this is their legitimate right.
But if you ask me Bitcoin is still the best investment you can make and best opportunity to profit in the future. I will stick to Bitcoin and beleive this is wise thing to do.

But if it is the case of holding and selling rather then ignoring btc will not be beneficial.
Crypto market is very much versatile and many people have taken this as full time job.
Normally a day trader makes minimum 3-4% each day,no other work gives that much with so little effort.
Goldman Sachs is baking of its plan regarding which made the price fall,but soon it will recover market is quite bearish now.
But if it is the case of holding and selling rather then ignoring btc will not be beneficial.

So, inorder for you to achieve and succeed in Bitcoin you need to undergo in a step by step process. Green days are coming. Just wait coz bitcoin will reveal its success soon.

Price spikes never happen for no reason. So it's either about quitting or investigating.
Downtrend doesn't mean we should sell our btc. It's time to accumulate and take a chance.
Allowing and removing bitcoin in our lives is the biggest and worst thing we can do in our lives. Bitcoin can really give us many opportunities and benefits. It's light and enlightens our way to only have or achieve our goals and dreams in our lives, so how can we ignore them in our lives if they help us in many ways. I can never ignore it and erase it in my life everyday because bitcoin means so much to me that I will continue to support it and I am sure it will be far more successful in the future and in the future.
