Is it bullish already ? What should i buy right now?
Find a good Altcoin now, it's like finding a diamond in a pile of shit. It takes a lot of effort. There is little chance, but if you don’t make a mistake, you will become richer.
Alts have seen a minor correction after the recent pump. I guess this is really a good time to pick up some before the next pump and big bull run. I have been buying the dips since last year. The only mistake I made is that I did not buy the lowest dip because I did not have any extra cash with me. Had I bought the lowest dip, I would have easily made 2-3x by now.
Not only alts but bitcoin does it too, the bullish will not be forever. pick some or regret it letter and how many times people have made a lot of awareness for others. a lot of altcoins have doubled its price since the bottom price of crypto or all time bottom. minor correction will always be a chance but be careful with dead cat bounce. 
It's best to buy altcoin since it has a low value, eventually it will increase its value. Think positive even the situation in the market is highly unpredictable.
It should not be wrong to determine the altcoin that we will choose because at the moment there are thousands of tokens and coins available for our investment and do not get the wrong choice 
I think it's pretty good to buy altcoins with potential but somewhat risky because the prices of altcoins are somewhat higher now so there is a chance that their price drops if you're buying altcoins then that price is too much to knock down what I can say you're just bigger than your profit because the price of altcoins has grown so much so that investors are lucky enough to buy cheap and potentially coin, especially if it's longterm we can not tell the situation now because there is a possibility bitcoin increases or there is a possibility to drop more magands maybe we monitor the coinmarket to be sure to never again lose if you have to buy altcoins now but there is nothing to worry about if longterm your purchased altcoins is sure to be longterm and the price will not fall.

I do not think it is a good time to buy altcoins. Bitcoin is very likely to go for a correction soon, so altcoins prices will fall as well. At the moment you can analyze the cryptocurrency market searching for undervalued projects to invest a bit later.
yes I think now is the right time to buy an altcoin but not all altcoins have the potential to rise, You have to choose a good or quality altcoin or top 25, but don't expect more because the market situation is difficult to predict and we can use prices to go up and down to make a profit.
Yes, it's a good time to pick an altcoin just make sure you don't hold it too much, don't expect the kind Xs you would have got in 2017.
I know many will say the time ended, we must have bought before 15 days but I think this is the best time. Before couple of weeks ago, BTC was around $4k and which is why altcoins are overpriced in term of BTC. Now that BTC has gained price, altcoins price has decreased in term of BTC and now is the best time to pick your favorite altcoin because right after the BTC ride, altcoin will also follow the trend.
Yeah right, this is the best time to pick altcoins to invest in that has a good qualities that’ll give you enough profits when the bulls run again.
The point is really to choose some very profitable altcoin now. I think that there are great opportunities for the correct execution of the action, because now the season begins, when someone really starts pumping up these projects.

this market situation will probably greatly support the workings of your strategy. but I don't like it too much. I prefer to trade and hold assets for a long time, it gives me a small but continuous benefit.

Everyone hopes this year will be no bull market comes in crypto. but until now the market price movement mash look slow. I don't expect much in terms of increased height. the market is clearly moving up with stable for me it has made happy.

Well i think this time is really the very best time to pick an altcoin, i see that the crypto market is slowly rising and we all know that if the crypto market is rising the price of the altcoin may also follow to rise. I am agree that right now is not too late for buying good altcoin. Altcoin with good developers team and working product like EOS, NEO, Ethereum or Binance coin is worth to hold for long term. Market looks start to recover the price of bitcoin and i think altcoin will follow
