Pricing is one part of equation. Additionally there are such factors as speed, connection quality, location, ratings/reviews etc.
WiFi users will be able to choose a service based on all of these factors.
Will providers be able to set the price by themselves,or that part is going to be decided by IUNGO network?
What will happen if price of token goes up too high for people to use the network? Will you in that case adjust the price so service remains accessible?
There price could be recommended by IUNGO service. However service providers will be able to set prices themselves. Or make it free. Or make it free, but display ads and get revenue this way.
Well,since fiber is spreading in the last few years people will be able to offer much better bandwith than before,in scandinavia their standard is already 100/100,just hopefully rest of the europe follow that.

what is the advantage of your project compared to WIC project ?? as we know, they managed to raise a lot of money in ICO but after the ICO is over, there is no progress on their project that makes their token price has no value in the market

We know about WIC project only from cryptowi.com website.
It seems WIC will be selling passwords to WiFi networks. The biggest problem with this idea is that anyone, who knows it, can sell YOUR wifi password. Password sale without a consent of AP owner.
IUNGO is a musch more bigger idea. We will provide tools and services for AP (routers) owners and for WiFi users. Transparent and mutual benefit for both partied ensured.

Prices for usage will be adjustable by service provider (access point owner). It could be totally free (and / or supported by Ads) in some countries or rated at a market value in other regions.
If there some problem in communication between IUNGO registry and AP, what is option for customer? Can they connect and use WiFi?
This a good question. We will provide a set of tools for service providers to control the behavior of AP.
With default settings AP will have to be connected to service gateway (IUNGO registry). However AP owner / service provider will be able to change / reconfigure his router the way he wants to.
Anytime a project estimates the value of its coin is a red flag to me. They are trying to demonstrate how much profit an investor can make by participating in their ICO. But the market determines the price and their projection is meaningless.
