When you say that VIP program offers rakeback, does it literally provide a rakeback feature (like on Stake), or is it rakeback in the sense of "You wagered $10k to get to Iron, so here's $5 for 5% rakeback!"?

That's probably because there are very few users on the site as the site is very new. That's the reason i mentioned before also that they should focus on some type of campaign to attract the visitors.

Looks like a copy of Stake, almost all features are similar. I'm not quite sure it will be an advantage or disadvantage for your site to have similar look and similar feature of other trusted and popular site but I'm hoping the best for your site. Currently you have one game only and one accepted crypto only. I know it is still beta phase, hopefully more features and games will come as soon as the beta phase ended.

Wouldn't it be better if the admin automatically gives the certain amount of coins on every new signups. Since many new players on the site , it will be difficult for admin to track whom he has given the free money and whom are the new left ones.

Also looking for their FAQ section as this will help in understanding more of JacksClub.
And for those asking about KYC in case of withdrawals, they can put it also in this section so it will be clear to players.
Whether they need to accomplish KYC for certain withdrawals or no KYC at all levels.
Also pls add in your FAQ min deposit/withdrawal and all cryptocurrencies that you are accepting as payment method.

Im not really a fan of faucet anyway, even without it you could deposit a bit to start to play. As stated above, admin might give you something if they are in chatroom so you might as well want to register and just chat in there ( hoping the admin might notice you somehow )

Also this is just at beta stage for now, so things might be changing soon.  

House edge is good enough compare to other sites where house edge is higher than 1%. About the game, I really don't know what kind of game it is but the way I see it is it looks like a crash game or HiLo where the target number to win is between 1 and 1000000 but I don't care since you are planning to add more games.

No special conditions to join the VIP program. Any players can join it by wagering, but indeed there is no specific number on how much should be wagered to reach each level of the VIP program. Currently players will only see their progress to the next level/rank.
The only available information is the specific number we will get for reaching each level/rank. It works the same as the one on Stake if you are familiar with it.

The site looks nice and simple. Maybe adding a few pictures and bonus offers might incentive users to register the first time they access the site.

This change seems pretty underwhelming. Based on how it's at right now, it seems to be effectively 13.36% rakeback in the best case and 0% rakeback at the worst. My guess is that players will get around 4% rakeback on average with this system. I was never around for Caesars, but looking at the various races on the other casinos, it generally seems like you can get more than 10% rakeback in most spots. Many of these sites also offer a normal rakeback system (Stake/Primedice has 10% + 10% for Bronze VIP which is 10k wager) alongside these races.

I still think having races isn't a bad idea alongside challenges (as your form of rakeback), especially when you get a bit more established.
