More than a week since you launched the Weekly Challenge for the first time and no one is interested to participate.
Where are you jack? Dont you think you should have locked your Challenge thread because it is over than a week already?
You should have announced the new one too as what you said on the first Challenge thread but no new challenge after few days.
Frankly speaking I do check/visit your site regularly but seems that you are inactive on chat as well unlike the first days when you launched jacksclub.
I'm not quite sure what is happening there, but you should have more times to communicate with your players on the site as well as on this forum.
I believe you have some people on your team, I suggest to ask one of them to be a community manager who can be active anywhere you promote your project.

First off, we appreciate the feedback.
You are completely right that we need a community manager, because of the time it takes for all the development work.
Let me explain what happened with the challenge.
We payed a third party to do some marketing for us through our account.
And they came up with the challenge.
But we immediately saw we made a mistake with the third party.
They came up with requirements for the challenge that we can't even verify.
We tried to outsource but in hindsight it was a big FAIL.
We also recognize that our own challenges aren't that interesting.
So we will completely rethink our strategy.
Right now we are working on designing our own implementation of a rotating challenge service.
The end goal is to have different challenges every day fully automated.
We will try to be more competitive with other sites when it comes to prizes.
Just keep in mind that we are still starting out.

The number of people that know and even play on the site is still low compared with some other site, so you are looking into an alternative to increase those numbers hence you make a promotions/competition or some sort to attract players onto the site
As the main focus is to increase the number of people to know and check on the site, you are looking for something simpler that will attract some player ( Most of the time even EV+ for players ) and of course getting x5000 or x1000 in crash game is not going to attract people . Even worse when the prizepool is considered small if you compared with how hard it is to get x1000 on the game

Thanks for the feedback.
We will design a new way of doing challenges and any good ideas are always welcome.
I do love hunting big payout on such game but the minimum bet and the prize are still not attractive (at least for me).
