When is the Jalapeno getting FCC approval?

Maybe two weeks? We are waiting for the test lab to issue the test report.

With the bump in power requirements on the MR and the new screen, we had to make changes, although the new screen is already certified.  We are doing all the devices at once, since they all share the same board.

What part of NEFARIOUS don't you understand?

+1000 for your effort and persistence in pursuing the truth behind BFL and their scheme

All that time and effort and he has yet to produce any evidence of anything nefarious.  Even connecting (via complete fabrications) completely unrelated things together and he's still unable to actually produce any compelling proof for a single thing.  Yeah, good use of ones time there.  Occams razor here, which one is more likely:

1. BFL is so awesome at scamming that they are able to cover all possible tracks that, even when you are not constrained by reality, you can't uncover proof of wrongdoing.
2. BFL isn't actually doing anything wrong.

Which is more likely?

Hey, fuck face! The overwhelming response is #1.

Also, tell Sonny or Jeff, that customers are complaining: http://www.000webhost.com/directory/reviews/webspawner.com

They have completely destroyed websites that I have put a lot of work into over 15 years. It is impossible to contact anyone there to query. It is impossible to log into my account. It is impossible to trouble shoot any problem if not logged in. The original sites that I had for years have been shortened, with the bottom half just cut off and deleted. Messages sent to the only contact link are completely ignored.

September 15, 2013, is the day Sonny Vleisides' probation is set to end, set by the courts, along with a $100 USD fine, for his 15 year running lottery scam that fleeced hundreds of millions from the elderly.

I'd fight Gandhi.
I have this sneaky feeling there's going to be some changes at BFL after September 15, 2013.
Why the 15th? What did I miss?

And Phin, thanks for actually taking the time to back up what you say rather than "hurr durr BFL are scams! mah orders! mah orders!". Although I don't consider myself a BFL hater (inb4 I'm Josh's sockpuppet) this is some credible "evidence" (if you call it that?).

Kinda of off topic, but at what point does BFL regain their trust? BFL delivers FPGAs. Later claim they are making ASIC.
- "Scammers! I just bought your FGPAs and now you're making new tech!" We'll offer you guys trade-ins.
- "It's just a box of fans!" Here's a quarter.
- "ASIC didn't exist and BFL is a scam" But it is real. Here's our blueprints.
- "But they'll never ship! They are stealing millions of dollars!" They are shipping units and catching up.
- "Monarch isn't real! If you pre-order now, they'll run away with your money!" ....

If they deliver the Monarchs next year, will that finally calm everyone down? Or will it take another Zhou, Pirate, or Tradehill to get everyone whining about something else?

I had the same sneaking suspicion. Setting up a "Changing-of-the-guard" when the alphabet agencies come calling.

Lets hope they ALL get caught in the net and Butterfly Labs becomes a cautionary tale in Bitcoinia of how not to conduct business.

It looks like Jeff Ownby is now scrubbing a host of his accounts on the internet. This action begs the question that if what I've stated in this thread was inaccurate, what's the reason for Jeff Ownby to delete several accounts containing mundane posts? Is it because they are not that mundane?

What next, Jeff. Deleting your 60+ sportsbooks sites all linked to Webspawner owned by Sonny Vleisides but recently put in your name?

But, don't mind me, for I'm just one of them monumental assholes.

Seriously, would you trust your wallet with the VP of BFL? Don't think for a minute that Jody wouldn't be in charge of customer support. Josh is probably hosting the website and in charge of PR. Sonny is the silent investor.

People often accuse other people of exactly what they're doing, which begs the question: Where did Jeff get the barn wood for The Barn?

Update! — We have launched a New Money Systems Board!

Update — Trace Mayer, an early bitcoin proponent and Lifeboat Foundation Economics board member, says “The Lifeboat Foundation is a good organization bringing together some of the brightest minds from many disciplines to act as guardians of the human race. But what good is collaboration without an ability, particularly a financial ability, to implement solutions? With this bitcoin endowment fund any donations made today enable the Lifeboat Foundation to be the beneficiary of the massive wealth transfer benefiting holders of bitcoins and practically that means an increased financial ability stored in a censorship-resistant currency to implement solutions to vexing existential threats to humanity.”

Update — Our Brian Cartmell will match the next 500 BTC in donations (as long as they are made by the end of 2013).

Lifeboat Foundation has launched the world’s first bitcoin endowment fund! Donate to bitcoin address 1Lifeboa1zJ7xJabHzVDmnsgqZ11m6LWL5

While the Lifeboat Foundation was founded in the 21st century, until recently it was mainly funded using 20th century money, basically various types of monies backed by governments. Thanks to the encouragement of some of our larger donors we are now working to have the majority of our funding come from 21st century money — money backed not by governments but by algorithms. The 21st century money Lifeboat is currently focused on is bitcoins.

Historically government backed money has done a poor job in holding its .value. For example, the U.S. dollar has lost over 96% of its value since it was first issued. Many promote the idea of trading rocks (gold and silver) instead but this Bronze Age idea has various drawbacks including portability when local governments decide to confiscate it. As a futuristic organization, we should be promoting 21st century money and now we are!

Crypto-currencies have many advantages over old-fashioned government-backed money. For example they enable transparency, enabling Lifeboat to show that our endowment monies are stored in these wallets: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. They also allow people in less developed countries to have access to the rest of the world. For example, PayPal alone blocks access to over 60 countries, and many credit card companies have similar restrictions. Some are blocked for political reasons, some because of higher fraud rates, and some for other financial reasons. Whatever the reason, we don’t think a human being from Haiti, Ethiopia, or Kenya should have diminished access to the world because of payment issues they can’t control. Our goal is to enable people, not block them.

The March 2013 EU–IMF grab of about 50% of large bank accounts in Cyprus that held government-backed money was the key event that caused the Lifeboat Foundation to feel that the time for 21st century money was here. (We launched our endowment fund shortly after the Cyprus crisis began.)

Any bitcoins donated anywhere on the Lifeboat site will be added to our bitcoin endowment fund. Any non-bitcoin donations made on this page will be used to either buy bitcoin mining equipment or bitcoins. Learn what we have spent non-bitcoin donations on so far!

If you donate $25 or more you are eligible for a copy of our paperback book and/or our Kindle edition. If you donate $100 or more you are eligible for a copy of our paperback autographed by the author with the inscription of your choice. (We will simply value bitcoin donations at the current weighted average value.)

Check the current Bitcoin value. Investigate bitcoin mining options. Learn about the Bitcoin Foundation. Read Bitcoin Magazine. Learn about the potential of bitcoins.

We would like to start a trend of nonprofits building endowment funds with bitcoins instead of just spending them all. Nonprofits could be using the deflationary power of bitcoins to build up their resources so they are in a better position to make a difference in the world. Help us launch this trend!

I find it pretty brizard that the guy who oversaw the registration of the trademark for Webspawner.com is on the Advisory Board of Lifeboat.
