I do not like those who earns a lot of money and spends it on their well-being. From them no good. In order to enrich themselves they take them from others. However, they are so because society allows them. Who is to blame?

Those people are only partly responsible that's for sure. The whole society is built in giving them more and more, they would have to make huge effort to change the society... Into a society less favorable to them. That's not logical ^^
So I'm not saying we should just kill them all sure... Those just living in this system well they did nothing wrong. Nothing good but nothing wrong.
Problem is that lots of them are using their power and wealth to continue abusing the system and transforming society into something more and more unequal.

And THAT is a crime.
A crime for which they should be punished.

Doubt it. They won't stop and stay home because they would make a little less money. Didn't when the tax rate was up to 90% for the top bracket. But more important it's not shoveling billions or trillions of dollars into half a dozen guys that creates jobs. It's demand. It's having a functioning economy where people have enough money to spend and do so. That is a healthy economy. And not only do corporations and the rich evade taxes as others said but they are just sitting on trillions of dollars at the moment. That money could easily revitalize the economy and improve our lives if they invested it instead or it was taxed.

The trouble is that usually such people do not pay taxes in full. An example of this Trump. He will now demand taxes from others if you do not pay them himself? The problem is that only the poor pay taxes.

Please explain me why some rich person needs a house with 13 Bedrooms, 12 Bathrooms, 11 guestrooms? Is it interesting to take a poop in different bathroom each time? And sleep in different bed every night? I haven't researched about this case but if this is true then I can say that if the money would be spread to all people in the world then there would not be poor or rich people and all would be considered equal. World populations is estimated to 7 billion so those 8 men are as rich as 3.5 billion people in the world.

Needs are others. They think global ideas and therefore their scope is not commensurate with yours. Every day they wrapped hundreds of millions of dollars. As humans they certainly need the same. But the ambitions are much higher.
