The Bitcoin price are reaching a new All-time-high again and we all know scammers are trying their best to get their hands on your coins.

I have seen a significant increase in Phishing emails, trying to get me to click on stupid links.

I never click on any links and all my coins are stored in long-term cold storage, so I know they are out of reach, but many people have hot wallets and they might be a target.

So guys... be safe out there and protect your coins. It's crazy season and the scammers are very active.

Even on bear market on which they are really that still present or something that do exist, now that the market do make out some price increase then we do know that hype and fomo do kicks in.
We do know that even lots of people are experienced, there would really be always those people who are noobs or new into this market and due to lack of awareness and knowledge then this is where
they would really be taking advantage with those noobs around and this is where they do make money. This is why it would really be that recommended that whenever you do decide
to make some investment then always verify things and asking out the community would really be the best idea.

Just make use of your own common sense then you wouldnt really be putting up yourself on such harm. There are really just those people who are really that greedy
and they cant be able to think up well.

Email scams can be very elaborate, and so can social media scams as well. Corporate email can often be faked, especially if a company didn't protect themselves specifically against it, so posing as an exchange asking you for updating some info or whatever is possible. YouTube accounts with fake giveaways might have a tick (verified status) next to the name of the channel, and sometimes real Twitter accounts get hacked and promote crypto scams.
It's important to be careful and aware, and things will be okay.

Now I remember that I was robbed once by emptying my Jaxx bitcoin wallet, and that was exactly when bitcoin was at its maximum in the last period of growth. There was also a very powerful bull rally back then, and now it doesn't seem like a coincidence that I was hacked just then. Perhaps the criminals even hacked me earlier and were just waiting for me to enter more cryptocurrencies into my wallet.
I advise everyone to have antiviruses, I haven't had one yet. And also, in no case do not click on links in suspicious emails.
Oh damn. That means he had got the access to your privacy earlier on even when you never accumulated as much attracted before you hitted you up. And then he was just by the corner waiting for you to accumulate as much attractively before he could hit you up. Sorry bro.
Indeed the bully season is usually attractive to scammers hovering everywhere in the internet on where to perch and extorts what they never laboured for.
If a link is did not come from your expectations or a recommendable source please stay off because that is an access given easy where they could anonymously invade into your privacies.

There is something unusual do, I have a mobile device that  I don't login to my vital accounts, so if a suspicious link is sent to be on my device which contains my accounts logins, I usually copies the link to the other device, and then check it out on what it could be. And so doing, if it is a phishing link then I would definitely have nothing to lost at the cost because I don't have relevant data accounts logged on to the device.

Remember, yours Bitcoin today in your wallet is the engineer to muster your network for the future. Guide it with all conciousness. Don't be too greedy in this season to Multiply your assets after much you have made a huge amount of profits in this bull seasons because our of greeds leads more of us to be victimized in this industry.

The number of Airdrops increased significantly, and the social media influencers also promoted those projects.
actually before this year the airdrop is really growing strong and many will take this advantage.

There will be some scam projects as well, and you should be careful with those projects.
not just some mate but many, because in this kind of moment that bitcoin is growing strong scammers thought that they can easily fool people by promising something to earn.

Always make sure you trust the source before you click on any links. People connect their meta mask wallet and other wallets to those websites to be eligible for airdrops, and they think that the website won't be able to drain my wallet if I do not approve it from my metamask. But the truth is, hackers are able to drain your wallet no matter you approve it or not. They will drain your wallet. So, It is advised to use cold wallet to store your holdings.
exactly , scams and hack comes from the links and  if we are lazy checking then we will be scammed.

Yes, it attracts a lot of scammers when Bitcoin is setting a new ATH. So you need to be careful at all times, scammers are everywhere and they attack silently. We really need to more vigilant most especially to those who wants to start to invest in here or for newbies. Newbies are their favorite target, that is their easy target of scam. I remember my college friend she's been scammed, scammers using bitcoin name but the system is like pyramiding and I said that, that's not how bitcoin works and she didn't listen to me and she lost her money. So for newbies, please be careful if you feel something wrong just ignore it, and stay sharp.

Scammers will not remain silent when the Bitcoin market begins to grow rapidly, the drastic increase experienced by Bitcoin means that fraud against Bitcoin users also increases drastically. Each fraud mode has different characteristics, usually the most commonly used by scammers is using Phishing links sent via email or messages via other media. It is very necessary to anticipate early by recognizing the types of fraud in crypto to avoid all types of fraud by adding a layer of security to stored assets. Experienced Bitcoin investors always prioritize asset safety by storing them in the safest place that is difficult for fraudsters to reach, usually they use a Cold Wallet or Hardware Wallet because this type of Wallet has a high security system because it is separate from the internet network or Offline.

It's always good to reinforce this idea that the more value there is, the more people want to steal it... therefore, no porn, suspicious links, random emails... preferably have a clean and exclusive computer or notebook just for moving coins.

Caution and safety are never an exaggeration
People always forget that part too, porn can definitely be a problem for someone that's trying to store their bitcoins safely as it's an allure to people to browse those adult websites without any care and they don't know that the more sketchy it is, the more likely that it's going to be riddled with suspicious links and adwares that might carry some problematic viruses and Trojans.

It's also worth noting that if you want a good browser that doesn't give you pop up ads, your best bet would probably be using Brave or DuckDuckGo since they're really good at keeping you browse safely. It's also helpful in preventing clicking on phishing links if you've got a work email that's not connected to your home devices and only used in your work, that way, you can easily filter out stuff that needs filtering, another thing that you can also do is remove junkmails in your inbox so it's much cleaner and unsubscribe to newsletters so they don't send you emails that you have no use for.

If you can dispose that email where you've been receiving constantly scam and phishing attempts that's much better. Because it is not going to stop once your email has been on the hands and database of these scammers. They'll keep sending you attempts everyday until they get tired and not just that, if they pass on your email or their database to another scammer, they'll just rinse and repeat the process and that's why we've been receiving spam emails from these unknown people. Once your email has been exposed and recorded by these people, you'll always see them on your inbox. That's why it's best to separate your personal email, your crypto email and other stuff that you with such registrations.

Scammers are aiming for crypto right now since it is making a noise due to Bitcoin hitting a new ATH.
There would be so many newbies who would surely be a victim of those scammers, so many fake online traders who would try to guide them or investment schemes.
I heard one of my co-worker talking about investing in a trader he met online and told him that most of those traders are fake and he would just get scammed if he invest on it, then after few days he did confirm that it was a scam and thank me for telling him about it.

Yes they will try their best to get access to your coins and not only bitcoin but every coin will be beneficial for them if they get access towards it. Now it is the responsibility of holders that they should keep their coins secretly in safe place from where hackers will be unable to steal your coins.

Some people always clicks on random links because they are assuming that they will allow them a reward but actually they are hackers who are just in struggle to get access to your holdings. So it is important that avoid some sort of links that are not for your use.

The Bitcoin price are reaching a new All-time-high again and we all know scammers are trying their best to get their hands on your coins.
Not only bitcoin owners are susceptible to the thirst for profit, but also hunters for the contents of wallets of bitcoin owners. Smiley There is nothing extraordinary in their activation.

This is a hot time - a gold bitcoin rush.

I have seen a significant increase in Phishing emails, trying to get me to click on stupid links.
As has always been the case, the most vulnerable point in the safety of bitcoin is the owner himself. Owners will always be under the vector of scammer attacks. Therefore, must always be alert and not be careless with bitcoin.

I never click on any links and all my coins are stored in long-term cold storage, so I know they are out of reach, but many people have hot wallets and they might be a target.
The saddest thing is that some owners will be targets, having made a mistake and not paying due attention to the issue of safety and security of bitcoin. Even hot wallets can be relatively safe to use. For example, storing these wallets on a separate laptop, dedicated only for working with bitcoin.

So guys... be safe out there and protect your coins. It's crazy season and the scammers are very active.

As the prices of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin rise, fraudulent schemes become more prevalent. I believe that during this period, it is crucial to exercise caution and adhere to basic internet safety rules. It's important to be vigilant, avoid disclosing confidential information, and use secure methods for storing cryptocurrencies. Warnings about potential fraudulent schemes should be taken seriously, and precautions should be taken to protect one's assets.

Your observation is very correct. You are doing right thing by warning users but still there will be many who will fall for these scams. This is because majority of people are greedy in nature.

Not only phishing mails will increase, there will be new coins coming as well. Most of these new coins will be scams and attempt to fool them with false promotions.

To be a crypto investor it is not essential to buy bitcoin. People suggest purchasing bitcoin because of its high liquidity and because it is less risky than other altcoin projects. There are people who have never bought a single bitcoin in their life and many of them have been in the industry since the early stages. There is no guilt in accepting that because, whether bitcoiners or non-bitcoiners, we are all here to make money. Crypto has become a high-risk, high-reward investment sector which is why we are seeing lots of young people in the industry.

Though there is nothing wrong in that, I wonder how can one stay unaware of Bitcoin and invest in all other cryptocurrencies but ignore Bitcoin for so many years when they could see what it could provide in all the cycles we have been through. If one can see Bitcoin hitting $100k, and getting back to $20k in the bear market and still doesn't buy for the next bull run, he shouldn't be considered sane in my opinion.
I know there are a lot of people that haven't made any investment in Bitcoin, but those are people that maybe don't know about it, they must have heard about an altcoin, invested in it and that is how they joined the industry.

Assalamu Alekum
Nothing happens if we ignore these emails, we are already aware of their purpose.
For newcomers and those who are just about to start, better to be more careful and it is best not to deal with strangers, especially for emails that address us to exchanges. If we are going to invest make sure that we are using the right site and only reputable exchange and never make use of this exchange wallet as a storage wallet but rather use an appropriate one.

Scammers will fail if we know how to protect ourselves from them but if we make ourselves totally ignorant about the current situation, not too far from falling into their hands and tricks.

The problem is that only long-time and experienced market participants know clearly about these types of scams. But newbies are the main target of scammers and inexperienced newbies, so falling into this trap is inevitable.

The goal of all of us entering the market is to make as much money as possible and as easily as possible, and scammers understand that mentality. They will launch thousands of high-profit promotions, how can newbies avoid them without the knowledge?

Like those of us who have participated in the market through 1 or 2 bull seasons, is anyone proud or guaranteed that they have never lost money or losses because of the high profit advertisements of altcoin projects? To be able to grow up, we need to have our own lessons, consider them as lessons, not as things that make us fall.

Seeing the way the price of bitcoin is going up some beginners can be so desperate to get bitcoin  and scammers can also use the means in deceive people by giving bitcoin, and still trick them to collect money as much as they will be able to gain.

In this season scammers will try different way on how to target people,  it is very important for people to be conscious and never to give room to scammers to have advantage. Making research will really prevent people from falling into scam. The common scam this days is the airdrop scam that many people run into to make money , people just need to be careful of what they involve themselves into just to make money.
