do you even just-dice ?on Sunday, you'll be still charged with old commission rates anyways, regardless if you divest or not. The only thing you can do is divest when you think that the site profit is at the top currently and will go downwards until Sunday. So you will prepay the return to the top with lower rates.

I am fine with the fee as long as development continues. I would encourage you to try to get out of some of the stuff that is "wasting" your time.... manually pushing deposits for people who cant wait for a block, creating charts for people (automate this!!!), trying to explain basic stats and probability to fools who will never learn. Less of this, more cool new features for Just dice and I will be happy!

It does seem like quite a jump to go from 5% to 10%, but it's your site and if people don't like it they don't have to be invested in it. I'm sure you'll just keep moving it up as long as people don't seem to say much regarding it.

It could be interesting seeing weekly betting patterns and growth rates with plots of daily (or weekly, or moving average) amount wagered versus time.
