You can invest and divest at any point without penalty. Which you're invested, you get your share of any profits and losses the site makes.
As for withdrawing, you can withdraw as much as is available in the site's hot wallet instantly, and for larger amounts you need to contact me, which can result in a delay of up to 24 hours, but usually much less.
There are usually a few hundred BTC in the hot wallet, so depending on the amount you're talking about this may or may not be something you need to consider.

depends on your investment. I guess about 300-500 coins are in the hotwallet on average.
20-30 BTC cashouts I made until now always took about 1 second.

I'm not Dooglus and don't want to jump in and answer for him, but multisig would require the investor's software to be running and online to sign any movement of the funds, or it would not be able to move. So multisig serves no practical purpose here.
