His original reason was he did not want to hold any BTC or be responsible for it due to regularity uncertainty. With the site operating pseudo-anonymously and not requiring registration other than login and password (I believe emails are optional), ... I think he was mainly avoiding anything that could be risky in terms of being a custodial kind of wallet thing and being forced to do KYC.

In the end, I think he simply does not want to operate a dice site anymore like before, so it just now runs on CLAM. You can play with it, but I would not call it an "investment" anymore. If he changes his mind, he can always go back to BTC or any other more widely traded coin/token. I'd like to shill him an alt that has a sort of predictable inflation, and sometimes even goes negative. LOL. Smiley

Why not use something like ETH? It's not a security. Or at least that's what the SEC says. I'd imagine the site would have a lot more visitors. All Time High invested was around 60k BTC back when it was in ... bitcoins. Or make a JD token and put up liquidity on any of the most popular dex like UniSwap.

Dooglus bought ETH on the IPO... sold some for like 0.5 BTC when it first hit the market too...

I think the appeal of CLAM was that it was given away for free.  So it made it kind of a fun dink around token that was low to no risk for those that were digging it.

I mentioned Just-Dice in a little blog yesterday:  https://freebitcoins.com/blog/try-to-win-over-4k-in-cryptocurrency-twice-a-day-for-free/

It's basically just explaining how people can use the faucet on FreeBitcoins, withdraw to Just-Dice, and yolo 990000x 0.01 CLAM twice a day for free.

I think he means there aren't very many exchanges that list CLAM.

Exchanges are scared to death of CLAM since CLAM was used to rob Poloniex of 1800 btc.

That's why we had to make https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/market/Bitcoin-Clamcoin

What is exchange buying power?

I think he means there aren't very many exchanges that list CLAM.

I don't think JD is going to add other coins or tokens, the only thing that could make sense now would be back to BTC, but I doubt that will happen for all the same reasons he gave back when it first stopped.

There was a snapshoot once taken, in the case JD was ever going to change coin would be that one. It happend two days after i sold most my stash.

Hard to get the big Reddit rallies behind CLAMS without the exchange buying power. Hopefully one of these days it gets more recognition.

Just a little +120 day bump!

Also, a reminder that you an buy and sell CLAMS for Just-Dice on https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/market/Bitcoin-Clamcoin

Yesterday I made a "how to use FreeBitcoins.com" video using Just-Dice as well (depositing and withdrawing from the two).

It turned out OK... I got the job done at least for now haha Tongue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RyG4X_sQE8

19:45:01 INFO: Just-Dice's onsite bankroll of 2,111,941 CLAM represents 47.54% of that amount  <- that needs to be closer to 80% before the next CLAM pump IMO.

Edit: I've heard from other CLAM users that yobit is just as trashy as poloniex when it comes to deposits / withdrawals. What's up with these exchanges being incompetent with blockchain tech?

currently the CLAM wallet on yobit still maintenance and we don't know how long they will fix this problem.
is freebitcoins.com exchange has an API? if you had it, we can request into CMC to list the exchange to their website

Yes, we have all the API calls live that CMC would need to list us I believe.

I wasn't going to ask them until we got more volume, but you are absolutely welcome to make them aware.

https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/api/ticker/BTC_CLAM
https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/api/market/BTC_CLAM
https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/api/ticker/BTC_DOGE
https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/api/market/BTC_DOGE
https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/api/markets

You can't trade with the API yet... we have a few things we need to do to that first.  However, you can get all the needed data.

(API trading is complete and active)  API instructions: https://github.com/FreeBitcoins-com/docs

I'm the majority shareholder of this exchange and I flat out own FreeBitcoins.com.

I'm also the customer support bitch, so any problems... you deal directly with me atm.

Yobit is 1000x worse than Poloniex.  Do NOT deposit there.

I've been buying CLAM on TradeSatoshi and BTCPop the past few days with no issues.

You don't even need a 3rd party app. A long time ago, I was able to auto-roll by modifying some code on the main page using Firefox. A million rolls. I enjoyed playing that way, but eventually lost.

You can lose 8 times in a row even if you have it set to 90% chance to win.
No one would do million rolls because they know they will busted if they keep playing on any dice sites.

Anyway, on yesterday i received an email from Poloniex about they are going to delist CLAM soon, which made CLAN price down a lot because of dumping from people. What will you do dooglus? Once poloniex fully delist CLANM, it's mean there are only 1 exchange for CLAM, thats Yobit. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/clams/#markets

What about these exchanges?
