Yes, "bankroll profit" is from players losing, "staking profit" is from staking new blocks, and "invest profit" is the sum of those two.


bitcoind, and hence clamd get slower the more transactions you have in the wallet. Since we've staked 150,000 times and each of these counts as a transaction, the wallet was starting to take up a lot of CPU time. I moved the wallet offsite and made a new one. So deposits to old addresses are no longer credited automatically. I also made a new xJDCLAMZ... address for staking and updated the FAQ accordingly.

I added another feature today - the chat moderators can update a 'news' report that is shown in the box in the top right of the page. The idea is that it mentions what has happened on the site recently and was prompted by the large number of people coming into the chat tab this morning and saying "wow, what happened to the profit?"...

Like the new feature of showing profit from Staking and bankroll and just love chatting with the peoples

This is a nice feature, thanks.  And just to be clear, what shows in our investing profit is  BOTH our staking rewards and our gambling profits, correct?

Currently some big bets are made on Just Dice, galoper is gambling for hours ( https://i.imgur.com/fLcBFW6.png ). Fun to watch if you are "/offsite 0" Maybe a good time for investors to start investing, depending on the outcome.

I took the site down for 4 minutes to do a little database maintenance before adding a feature.

The site now shows investors how their profit is split between winning from losing players and staking blocks.

Well that's expected. Nobody dares to keep really big money in CLAMs because any altcoin may collapse much easier than the BTC whose market valuation is in US$ billions. Not enough money in CLAM => not enough big bets.

It's funny when you think about it. That's 22 BTC bet and we view that as being pretty big now, when before (when it ran BTC instead of CLAM) there were a lot of big bets.

The milestone contests are always pretty last-minute affairs, not well planned.

We ended up giving 101 CLAM to optimuswhat for making the 150 millionth bet, and he very generously gave 30 CLAM back, 1 CLAM each to 30 random people in the on-site chat.

How would you like the next milestone bet contest to be different?

The 100 million contest was more complex - I think I offered a prize of 10x the winner's stake up to 100 CLAM or something, and ended up having to pay next to nothing when the 100 millionth bet was pretty small.

Love just dice and even though i was super tired in the morning staying up to go for the 150 millionth bet was a good time if you aren't a member yet you should be.
