The amount is very low. Even many good exchanges withdraw fee is higher than this. So i won't recomand you to go for trade. Trading is very risky for new people. The only advice i can give is try to earn more.

You can trade, but do not think that $9 will be $20 in a few days. $20 is almost 120% increase. My opinion may seem funny because of the small amount. But this is the most important rule in trade, and you cannot survive if you do not follow. The second option is holding. But, having a small amount is a major disadvantage in this regard. If the current price of BCH increases by 100x, your portfolio will be just $900. That is why to try trading. 
Easy, just convert it all to bitcoin and then sit tight. It's only $9, I would remember that this is my first ever earnings in crypto, and make it a source of inspiration for myself. I only earned the equivalent of $2 on my first day ever working for 10 hours on my first job. Yup! 20 cents and hour equivalent. I remember it until today.

I would sell it for Bitcoin since cash is failed fork.Then i would sell it and buy girlfriend ticket to movie theatre.

BCH is not a bad coin at all and its better than many altcoins in the market presently, i recommend to hodl in your wallet and find other ways to earn more, you can participate in airdrops or bounties if you are lucky enough you will get good money and you can start building portfolio from there

You can use it as a capital to trade, if you want them grow in a short time then you need all your times to trade. Just simple, choose scalping strategy and guess them per candle. As another suggestion, you can use them to play gambling. Maybe you need several minutes to double and even in an hour if your guess is successful you will eventually get money as you wanted.

If your BCH is in exchanger then buy altcoin and start trade. Though amount is very low.but you can add more money to start trading.Don't withdraw your money because of trx fee.Also you can earn more money and start trading.

It is a start, my wife started with 0 in crypto and she managed to do well before the 2018 crash, now she already again started from 0 she is also beginning to grow again. You can keep trading this Bitcoin cash and then when you get to around 200-300 dollars find two or three good and promising projects with a diminishing supply for example and take a part of that capital to put into a coin that might at least 10 x in the next few months or even a year. There are some also good passive programs I am doing that pay a little dividend, also nexo tokens are good they give 305 approx a year in dividends right now.

$ 9 is a very small number. You should not try to use it to make transactions or do anything to raise your money, because it only wastes your time because the capital is too little. I suggest you give yourself some more, about $ 200 to take trading courses. One of those professions can earn thousands of dollars in just one day. I'm sorry to tell you but $9 can't get you that much in crypto trading. You can literally lost that in minutes if the market suddenly plunges again. Of course you can trade that money but if you are looking to like gain x10 in just couple of days then you are wrong.
Trading bots? Learn first the basic of crypto trading with that $9 and consider it a lost money. But the experience you will gain with that money will be priceless.
