That was 2 whole days ago.  It was awesome, new block spree time.  I've been using my reward to hold a higher speed so I know I need some blocks. I'm sure others have also.  I don't know when to pull back or I just hate to Tongue   Looks like we went down a couple PH, but we really needed to grow a couple PH.  You know other pools will be adding on to compensate the diff.  I just need some more to make car payment, then I'll be adding some owned rigs even if I lose roi.  I'm pretty sure I can make something that flys from all the fans since I haven't sold a miner since my first s1. ROI in the sky?  Lets bust some blocks.  Everyday should be a block party in Kano pool, I'm saying.

I know I've been here since very early on, any way to figure where I land on the Time here ranking?
You can look on the rewards page and see what the first block solved here was that you were paid for, that gives a good indication of about when you started mining here.
Yes, but many have quit or moved on, that's why I'm curious. I had a couple times where the power was knocked out by storms for more than a week but otherwise I've had continuous hashrate of some kind here since about the fourth block solve or so.

I came on block 6  but continuous since then = no

I did Nov 7 2014 to July 27 2015

I came back

Jan 18th  2016 up to now.

Anyone mining to the DE node - had a 10 minute network problem between it and the pool (... a linode problem)
From 17:00 UTC to almost 17:10 UTC so everyone will have failed over.
All OK again.

The rewards page says the block number on the left.
I'm not gonna repeat all the block page on the rewards page Tongue

You're right kano, the bottom line is the profitability of the pool and this pool is the best around.  My apologies for the trivial nature of this.
Nah, it's just that the Payments page will be different and should be showing what some people are looking for ... but not until I get to doing that.

Edit: Block Smiley

I haven't been active at all for the last ~2 months or so due to work, but I wanted to pop in and say how awesome this pool is once again. It's great knowing that I can just leave my rigs on cruise control pointed here, and that it's always smooth sailing. Couldn't be any better than mining here.

Rock on, kano.

CKDB doesn't know when a payout has occurred (yet)

That falls under the heading of 'accounting' which is on the todo list.

Basically, the Payouts page will be wiped and instead show actual transactions (with block references if they were the usual block payout)
For quite a while now, if you live in irc, I always say when I've sent the payout (the payout process sends an irc message) and I usually say when I see the first confirm Smiley

Or what i do is just take a pic with my phone then i dont have to go back and forth to the pages.

I think it would be easy to add a column and the end that shows something like, M=Matured, S=Sent, C=Confirmed

so at the end of the row it looks like

M
M/S
M/S/C

at it progresses, then kano would not have to post it on the IRC which some of you do not look at.

That is my 2cents

I have seen before, where you have acted on suggestions on small changes to the website, and so I would like to suggest a small edit.

Could you link the blocks page, where it shows  confirms +XX into the "Mining Rewards" page, so that the rewards that have not yet been fully confirmed are maybe a different row colouring, I think most people will probably do like myself and click into the rewards page, and then back and forth into the blocks page, while trying to figure which rewards are not yet fully confirmed

I understand that the rewards and blocks page don't always match the payments actually sent, as I know you do that manually, but I think if the top few rows of the "mining rewards" page reflected not confirmed / confirmed, then it would be a helpful change.

Hope this hasn't been suggested and spoken about before...

Steve

PS. thanks for the comp btc, I reinvested it, and luck was with me as I had 100TH rented for most of the last 5 days which I then rolled over and over and so gained a few extra bits from it.

That would be helpful...it could be as simple as a duplication of the Status column from the Blocks page.  I know space is tight so you could just use the number (+4, +35, etc) and the "M" when the block matures.

i dont find this much of an issue. hit the blocks page find the last matured block. note last 3 numbers. hit rewards page find those numbers anything above is not matured. I only check it once a day at 8pm eastern as thats end of day for the pool. no need to check it before or any more frequently.
