Did we lose shares? I thought I had seen the shares hit over 100% before it updated, but the block was only 89% and we are at 1% now. Shouldn't the total between those two be much higher?

Looks like Kano couldn't sleep (or ck) as the block and rewards page are looking normal now.

not a good day to start mining on kano-too many blocks that did not count for me in any way.
also, what is hash rate vs share rate ? why they are so different? which one counts?

Hash rate is all that matters. Also block friday comes every week so don't worry about the low 5nd rewards right now.

Why is it not a good day? What way did they not count for you? 5 blocks in your first day sounds like a good welcome to the pool to me. Yes you might not be ramped up fully on 5Nd but pool hash rate is good and in a day or two will increase (due to Avalon prize), meaning your ramp up time will be shorter (currently 50 hours).

if its not a major issue then it might not be worth his mega alert/alarm system waking him so we just have to hang fire.
EDIT: in the mean time lets find some more blocks wonder if the alerts will work though?

Wonder if Kano will be woken by alarms going off or if its just that ckdb memory issue he mentioned. Shifts haven't updated yet either but guessing all stats will reload when its fixed.
Interestingly on blockhain.info the transaction fees look like this:
Transaction Fees $ -9,447.00
Looking at previous Kano blocks that field is usually around 150 dollars. Wonder if something didn't truly flake out since that # matches the block reward exactly.
edit: then again this could a blockchain.info issue too. I don't know well enough.

Stats look a little weird on this one. Shares still showing 89% and counting and no estimate on diff, diff%, cdf, etc. Status is "New" instead of +1.
Oh, yeah. I see what you mean. That's rather odd.
I do hope its just a glitch and not an orphan, stale or unworthy block.
