Yeah I saw the block and yes we won

... ... no idea why you would think that is bad?

Ours was out first and we distribute our blocks WAY better than other pools.

Here's the relay information (yes we have other methods of getting our blocks out faster - and they have nothing to do with SPV either)
Code:
[2016-01-19 21:10:14.878+00] 000000000000000008f3f8f8c0ca69826d034dbbee470082c7329d4537bb1b51 sent, size 987787 with 174403 bytes on the wire

[2016-01-19 21:10:15.874+00] 000000000000000003e86cd432fb18411740b5cd80bb01ac5a6ed4468f8886d2 recv'd, size 989136 with 634261 bytes on the wire

3e86 was a whole second later.

Edit: and not only that, we are still under a DDoS attack, just it's dropped down low enough to not cause much of a problem
(it's using 25x more bandwidth than anything else on the pool) but we still got the block out fast.
So they do have low grade ddos?

Block!  Every time we get DDOSed it seems to bring us a block!

EDIT:  This is a good healthy-sized block...Thanks bladex!  (Is that wolfen's miner name?)
my first block, right after the ddos awesome

You actually hit that block before the DDOS was over...nice!
Tier 4 datacenter Leaseweb
The ddos must backfire , ddos'ing machines get confused when the ddos protection kicks in.
Wonder if we can kick the ddos protection in manually every so often to confuse the grinch.
Maybe just above 100%

Anytime the pool goes down we usually get a lot of blocks.
It's nice when Karma plays nice with us at Kano CKPool, eh?  Those keyboard tough-guy ddos clowns can KMA, and thanks for the block!  Cheesy

Well said...Kano and CK have a great operation here.  It even functions well when under attack.  Those other bozos will get what is coming to them one day.  Are they even making demands anymore?  What is driving their stupidity!?

My apologies in advance if it's not appropriate to post this here:

Hi Zach,

Thanks again for all of your hard work, Sir.  VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!   Grin

I sent a 0.1 BTC donation to you a little over a month ago.

I thought it was time to send another 0.1 BTC to you.

Because of the amount of hash I have, I thought it was appropriate to send what I did.  However, others may not be able to afford as much based on their hash.

ANY AMOUNT would be helpful to him everyone.  ANY AMOUNT!  Even if it's a dollar or euro.  ANY AMOUNT is helpful.  It adds up....

Thanks again, Sir.

David

EDIT #1:  Anyone not using CKPool Monitor ought to try it out.  Here's the forum for the monitor if you have questions or suggestions:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/kanopool-monitor-hashrates-workers-rewards-and-notifications-for-kanpool-1331875

EDIT #2:  Same for you Kano and CK.  I sent the same to you Kano.  Have a decent bottle of wine on me.  I don't see an address under CK's posts [In his signature].

EDIT #3:  Found your address, CK, thanks to another pool member.  Have a decent bottle of wine on me and thanks for all you and Kano have done and continue to do for the pool.

Well sorry, it wasn't the case. It was pointing out an other pool who is smaller and kind of support mining outside China had a stale between you and "the other pool". At least, i'm happy it was for you guys.

EDIT: BTW, thanks for the explanation ;-)

Kano Can you compare my asic tubes with the other ones we got here?

I find it kinda Odd that my old tubes Are the ones with the lowest invalids of all the miners i got.

Old stuff must be good Grin
The port for asictubes goes through a proxy which sanitises the crap that comes out of those tubes. It may seem that you have low invalids but that's because the proxy has removed all their crap. I don't even know if you can monitor them internally to see what the local invalid reported rate is but it will be higher than what you see on the pool.

Its even a little bit more than 1MB  Grin

Ok so we just multiply standard fee times number of TX, but the question is can all the TX be included in 1 block because of the 1MB cap correct?
Well, I do know how much is in each work sent out Smiley
Right now it's 0.33222592 BTC

Alright, call me John Snow because I know nothing Embarrassed  If someone could be so kind to direct me to the best learning center. I'll be back next year if I'm lucky Tongue
When a pool tries to create a block, it knows exactly what transactions are in that block, and therefore the value (25BTC + fees).  So, it's very easy for a pool operator to tell you the transaction fees included in their blocks.

To determine the outstanding transaction fees for all unconfirmed transactions in the network, you'd just need to add them all up Smiley
