Some issues with my rigs last night, electrical it seems, downtime for a while, will be back on time for A6 contest.
Well, unless your a tiny miner, it would take a lot of outage to drop below an average of 300GHs Smiley

Of course, a 1THs miner would have to be off more than 70% of the time Smiley
Bigger miners, more %

Kano,

Any future plans to have a way of removing old or renamed workers rather than waiting the full 7 days?
No.
Don't create too many workers, or wait 7 days Tongue

Haha.....making u work too hard eh.

You would be surprised at how fast 7 days will pass...a couple of days have already passed if i had to guess... Cheesy

I for one really appreciate the transparency and communication from Kano and Ck...first rate all the way!

Amen brother.  Compared to some of the shenanigans that go on in some of the other pools, it almost amazing.  Kinda sad that honesty and straightforwardness  is the exception rather than the norm.

I just checked the stats for a certain pool, 2 orphaned blocks in 7 hours plus a bunch of blocks with no transactions. SIGH :/

Mine are back online. Failed my first two failover and started hashing on slush and they hit a block so I made a extra $4

They give block finder award? My SP20 is a guaranteed block finder. But I'll stay here cause I like it and I'd rather get the Avalon when the block drops.

No they just pay based on hash rate at time they hit blocks. I mine here and only here but prefer a backup when all else fails to make as much as I can.

My question is about the payout for the last block, has it been sent yet? I don't even show it pending..thanks.

Edit: Really cool give away.  Smiley

I believe a new block takes 120 confirmations to mature, once matured they are then spendable and then Kano can send us our payments, payments are done manually.

Thanks I remembered so deleted that from the post Roll Eyes

I just now could not connect to kano.is on the open web side (the block list is my Firefox home page). Mining seems to be OK.

EDIT: Plus five mikes...back on. So...disregard my last...  Grin

I want to try kano in my new pair of S3's.   Do I just put in the address in the web interface or do I have to insert some stratum+tcp with the address ?
