I was with GHash when they would solve a block every few minutes (boring). I left them when they got too big.
I was with Slush for a long time when they were less than 5 Ph, but they got too big.
I was with BTC Guild until they started having problems and had to shut down. I was sorry to see them go down.
...
I wish there was some way the Bitcoin protocol could encourage more small pools by somehow rewarding them for increasing the spread of the network so that we don't end up with a few pools that control all.
It certainly requires a knowledge level that I've not seen in any of the many dubious pools that have tried to start recently ...
Seems some people thinks that a "Point and Click" mining pool is how they should be.
Why not have "Point and Click" banks and "Point and Click" air lines and "Point and Click" car repair shops while we're at it
However, one of the few reasons I started this pool is coz I was unhappy with all options available.
I don't expect or want everyone to agree with everything I do and I certainly don't go out of my way to appease people who don't agree with me
The way things are here at the moment is good, getting a bit bigger would be great also, but yeah I've certainly got a clear limit where I think that would be enough also.
