Thanks for the PM guys. I'm still trying to make my decision. I created a account awhile ago when I wasn't happy with slush and My profits were bad.  I'll think about this some more. The only concern for me is the restarts you guys keep doing as some of my miners are in locations where going offline could be bothersome as the beeping would interfere with people working. If I do come over I would slowly bring over my 20th. As I still have bills to pay.

Grin yes, nice work, I was wondering about that.
Now it is clearly visible when you have to expect the full payment.

Thank you Kano
Kano is doing a fine job, kudos sir.

Yeah the graph code doesn't have a function to mark an independent point or shade an area - I'll have to add that and draw/shade the last payout range - that should be a smaller change and more likely for me to get it done in the near future Smiley
...
I've put live a change to the shift graph to have a light red highlight in the background showing the last payout/5Nd+

Am I welcome here with my little U2 working 14 hours per day...If it works (because so far I do not know why sometimes it want not work)(Of course if it does not work it does not work on other pools)

...it is unprobable that I will solve a block...but I "costs" 400 satoshi at the pool...
As I've said a few times Smiley
One day - in a galaxy far far away Smiley - dust will be distributed.

I did take a step in that direction not long ago.
Someone had been mining on the pool for a while but didn't setup a payout address.
So he'd gathered over 1BTC of 'dust' - yeah not dust, but just there was no where to pay it originally.

So to pay that I wrote some scripts that looked at the pool wallet and created a transaction based on the wallet 'dust' addresses with the appropriate settings to avoid having too much input dust.

I actually sent it using the pool as a free transaction and seem to have got it all correct so the the pool's bitcond didn't ignore it.
Anyway, it made it into our block after that - so was all good.

But yeah that's one of the 2 parts to being able to pay dust totals.
... though still not sure when I'll get the other half done of actually accounting in ckdb the outstanding balances.

Sorry to hear it's not working.  Anyone is welcome here as long as they are not up to mischief with the pool.  Hope you get it to working soon.

Thanks Kano,

I had to take a break.  I just sent out maybe 50 PM's.  I will send out more tomorrow.  I started with page 1076 and went back to page 1071 and completed it on a particular pool forum.  I'll start tomorrow on page 1070 and work back to page 1061.  I plan on doing 10 pages each day until I get all the way back to about page 900 or maybe 800.  Surely, that should help get some more to come over.  All I can do is ask and they say yes or no.

I'm getting responses to my PM's already.  Gotta go.
Thanks Smiley

Yeah I'm not much of a 'convince people to mine here' person.

Of course it is better to have more miners and a higher hash rate, but I'm fine with letting people decide without me telling them.

But yeah if you want to, that's certainly a good thing for everyone here Cheesy

I'll do a ckpool restart in about 14-16 hours (I'll post here again before I do it)
This will hopefully stop the few miner left who are throwing a large amount of hi diff shares at the pool and causing the exaggerated pool invalid rates shown in the top left.

I'm warning everyone well in advance this time so you'll know if your miners start beeping, why they did Smiley

It's the usual: most miners will see a simple reconnect in cgminer, but a smaller % of miners will fail over then fail back.

Well, that took a bit longer than expected.

No miners were affected.

Had a few ckdb restarts but the web site is all back up again.
I think the actual cause was a sudden hash rate increase just before the end of the 1st reload.
Solution was another change to ckdb to stop it loading too much history and that's all working well now.

Hash rate has also gone up to a bit over 4.8P now Smiley

Block 388128 by gtso!

EDIT: hurricandave, It took me a while to see the block was listed in your screenshot  Cheesy

gtso is another ~20THs miner...way to go!

Just joined the pool few days ago.  Never though that my small farm would ever mine a block!  Pretty excited about that.

Yea, it's pretty sweet when one of your own machines hits a block.  We all appreciate it around here!
