Sorry to ask pretty new to the pool. Can any one tell me what the N Avg means? Here are my stats from the last block found
371679 25.17686501 271.726G 213hr 21m 16s 1.52PHs 0.01% 16.824M 94.08GHs 0.00155883, and the block before that was
371501 24.81602975 271.666G 209hr 49m 29s 1.54PHs 0.00% 7.677M 43.65GHs 0.00070124
I only have a S3 connected to the pool. But payout seems really low compared to what I was making off Ant or Nice hash.
I am still really new to mining so still trying to figure out the differences in between the different pools.
THanks

My miner reward for that block:
Block Miner Reward N Diff N Range Pool N Avg Your % Your N Diff Your N Avg Your BTC
371679 25.17686501 271.726G 213hr 21m 16s 1.52PHs 0.09% 231.049M 1.29THs 0.02140793
Miner Reward - the part of the full block (99.1%) paid to all miners
N Diff - the 5Nd value actually used - as the Help->Payout page mentions, it's usually a bit more than 5Nd (and should average half a shift more)
N Range - the time range for the "N Diff" - i.e. how far back in time shares were rewarded for this block
Pool N Avg - Pool's average hash rate over "N Range"
Your % - Of all shares that were rewarded in that block, that was "Your %" of them
Your N Diff - Your total difficulty of shares rewarded - which will match: "N Diff" * "Your %"
Your N Avg - Your average hash rate over the full "N Range" time period - if you didn't mine 100% of "N Range" then your average hash rate will of course be lower than your miner's total hash rate
Your BTC - Your reward
Note that the hash rates will be shown as per the pool's actual accepted shares.
Your reward per block is dependent upon how much work you supplied in the reward range.
The Reward range is 5Nd (as it says in the pool help page) so if you haven't been mining for the full 5Nd then your reward for a given block will be proportional to your % of the range that you were mining.
The long term side effect of the 5Nd is to reduce variance.
Another way to word what actually happens in the calculation to produce this result is:
Your shares get rewarded in the 5Nd after each share is submitted, so it takes a while for each share to be fully rewarded.
Each share is expected to be rewarded 5 times (plus a tiny bit more) on average - so ~5 times.
Any more blocks found in the 5Nd after each share will reward those shares again, with an expected average of being rewarded a total of 5 times if pool luck was always 100%
