I agree. The ban on rental hash is one of the nice features of this pool for many reasons. Kano's call of course but I know he will make the right call

Checking for bad or weak hashing is a statistical calculation and the amount of data needed is much more than would be represented by your rental. I believe MRR is quite a bit different than NotSoNice and W. I'm sure kanosan will chime in when he's up and let us know the scoop.

@kano is there a way to verify if my current rented shares are trash shares or actually helpful? Currently have around 4-5hrs left on my 1.2ph order. Would be more than willing to redirect to a test pool for research if needed.

Rented hash just about killed this pool not too long ago. I even had a routine where I rented about 200TH and rolled the payouts back in continuously. I lost money over time and gave it up.

Please pay attention to us "OGs". We've been there and done that. Rentals damn near killed us last year, and so I'm with Sonny. I would also prefer that you gift any rented hash to another pool.

It was nicehash originally but it didn't work. I found a different rental service that was compatible. So I xfered my money to x site and started hashing!

Everything on that page but "Hash Rate" is accurate to a fraction of a second - as soon as KDB knows about a share, which usually takes microseconds after it arrives at the main pool node, it's there on the page.

So you already have a payment address from some wallet on the kano pool? If you do not have a payment address yet, then Kano will not be paying you until he gets some new "dust" coding complete (hopefully this year).
