Just switched my 3 miners to use nya.kano.is instead of stratum.kano.is after doing a ping and finding I got about 30ms returns from nya while getting 75 ms returns from stratum.
nya was also better for me by over 50ms

Hello everyone - fairly new miner here! I love this pool, I love the transparency, and I love the community.
I just upgraded the electric in my house (added a 100amp subpanel and have 5x 240V 20A circuits lined up along my basement wall), and I'm slowly adding more miners. Currently, I have two Avalon 741s mining in the pool. I also have an S7 at work, but I don't have that set up atm.
Question for the more experienced among you: since I've chained the Avalons together, one of them reboots very frequently. I'm only getting an average of 10THs, instead of the 14-15 I should be getting. Both run fine individually. Does anyone have any ideas?
ALSO: LETS GET ANOTHER BLOCK!

Well, procrastinating (lazy-ass) me has finally switched all of my miners to the NY node. I have intended to do it since its inception, but..... I never bothered to check the ping times. I'm in IT, BTW, so I should know better... 
I'm located in Western North Carolina, so it shouldn't be rocket science for me to use the NYA node.
Anyway, here are my results:

Additionally, a note to @Kano. I know someone has previously offered to add the Kano info to their full node. I don't recall if there was an answer.
I have been running a full node for about a year and I would gladly add the Kano ID/IP to my node if it would help with our block propagation. I usually have about 50 good peers on my node.

I'm in IT and just changed to NY node since in in NY yesterday after seeing a mention of it in the thread. Prior to that I just had it setup with what I saw on the website.

Well October is just about past, so here is to an amazing November with minimal chicken, rooster, cow, cat or other sacrifices! I'm sure we are in for an amazing ride and thanks to Kano and everyone cranking on all these beasts! Mine on!

No worries...we've got enough roosters here to supply Teotihuacan-level sacrifice for the foreseeable future...

Forgot you lived on the Garden Island. Yep they're everywhere. New visitors to the island always cringe when they see one or more on the side of the road after an "incident", most just tell them that there's 20-30 others ready to take it's place! Just make sure to use the stratum as your 2nd pool.
