Holy smokes!  So this online wallet trying to steal my btc!!!?  It shows like I’ve never received that transaction!  Angry

I was supposed to receive it by now correct Kano?

I had that happen to me a couple of times in the past when I used Coinbase to receive my payouts (use to).  I would just open a trouble ticket, put in the transaction code along with the question, and they would resolved it each time.

That’s exactly what I did Carl!  Although I just got an automated email saying that they can’t answer right now because it was too late but at the same time like 15 min after I wrote them booom I get my reward in my wallet!   Wink. Feels like if I haven’t noticed it then I wouldn’t have gotten my btc!   Undecided

Isn't the best receiving address your own wallet?

Look in that transaction that was confirmed like ... 131 blocks ago.
It shows each payout for block 488736.
Search for your address.

Yes, i got it resolved.  Thanks! Smiley

Yes I am..our luck is due to improve and with all the recommendations..and praise for Kano..I should just shut up and enjoy the BLOCKS!

Glad you're here!

However, that's an odd statement to make, considering the big diatribe you made earlier!  Smiley

Remember, if you flip a coin 10 times and get heads every time, the odds of the next flip being heads is still 50%.  ie, past luck has zero influence on future luck.

For any of the 3 miners on the JP node, there was a complete mining network failure on it for about half an hour from 02:24 UTC to 02:54 UTC
It's back OK again now, but during that half hour you will have failed over to your 2nd pool set in your miner.

Got another question guys....and BTW, really appreciate the support from those of you much smarter than me around the questions I've been asking.....

Was going to try awesome miner, and wondering if someone can help me configure them for API access for my avalons - step by step please?

Kano....I did a search and saw you respond on another thread to the same question around someones S9's, but of course...it's above my head.....

Thanks

In your avalon openwrt on your controller, allow the range of IPs of the AwesomeMiner computer. For example, if your AwesomeMiner computer is 192.168.1.110 (a random IP I made up), you'd put in your config:
W:127.0.0.1,192.168.1.110

This allows the local miner UI(127.0.0.1) and the computer at 192.168.1.110 (which you'd replace with your AwesomeMiner) to control the cgminer instance that runs your Avalon

Would that go on screen that says "Configuration", and if so, would it go on the line 13, that says API Allow (Default: W:127.0.0.1)?  My ip that shows up in the address bar is 192.168.0.XXX

oh damn.....I didn't scroll all the way down and see the screen shot....LOL.....thanks much...really appreciate it....

... and for anyone wanting the manual about the API (that I wrote) it's here Smiley

Hey guys.....so I've had 6 741's for about a month now, and have always been on kano, but for some reason starting last night, I noticed on my ckpool app, that I started losing connection to the pool, and of course get the usual email that a "share hasn't submitted in the last 5 min.  Happened about 5 times.  Course after about 10 min or so....it would restart back up without any intervention on my part.  But it just did it again 5 min ago...and waiting for it to pick up again...any ideas?
I had 5 or 6 miners failover to their backup pools yesterday at a couple different times. I'm sure it was just a problem with one of the nodes.

One fix for that is to set your second backup pool to another nearby node. For me it's nya. I guess that I missed doing that on a few though, since they failed over to another pool.

Thanks Beltsniffer....so you think that it was a pool issue for me to drop my hashing?

The page I see indicates 12 EST?

I wish everyone would stop using three letter time zones when referring to a future time in the current savings/standard time, as it only confuses things.  ET should be good enough.

I'm pretty sure it's daylight savings time now....  and last time they said 12 EST sales started at 9 PT, so I think they mean EDT.

Or perhaps I'm all confused.

Yeah, I meant 11 Central Standard Time (Chicago, US). Cause that's where I am, I edited it. Thanks
