Anyone else get the e-mail from Bitmain that their customer file got hacked? Recommending you reset your password, yada, yada...

Does Kano really get 0.1125 from each block?
.Not sure if you consider that a lot - but every other larger pool charges more than that.
Slush was more than twice that (2%) last time I checked.
All the others are more than twice that.
Some of the largest pools are charging their miners more than $1million in fees per month

Many online Bitcoin calculators that will let you you plug in all the variables - including electricity- to find out very closely what you will make under different circumstances. That is your best reference.

Depends what speed your S9 runs at.
For 13.5TH, aprox $440 per month and that's before electricity costs. Until the difficulty goes up, or the price of BTC goes down.
Best to think of it per hour, which is $0.6128, because difficulty adjusts roughly every 12 days or so.
