Our block is coming in 30 min I'm pretty sure as I turned all my miners on Tongue I hope so.

Anyway I have a question for one of kano.is transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/86b83900eb92fed174f5f620325c4bfe9b4f28ab0d26cf852a61ebba6eac59b3

I hope you will be easy on me for this stupid question maybe but I really need to know when will this transaction approximately will be confirmed.

It is really important to me.

Thanks

As it says on the web site Help->Payouts ...

The payouts are sent (usually) a minute after they mature.
(I can't send them before they mature since that's the rules of bitcoin core)
However they (usually) wont confirm until the next block we find.

So at the moment there are 2 unconfirmed payouts, 465390 and 465394.
And (if I'm correct) these 2 payment will pay out after a next block is found: 465318 and 465298 (because I havent received it yet)

Since I went to the USA, I've not been mining at home - I had to turn my miners off while I was away and have decided to leave them off.

Anyway, since I don't mine (at the moment) I've not been seeing the notifications for the payouts being confirmed.

I've spent the time since that post writing a script to check payouts and indeed those 2 are not confirmed either - 465298 and 465318.
(I checked the last 76 and it found just those 2 missing from the unconfirmed list in the pool wallet)

They are still in the pool work, but didn't get confirmed by the last block, so to correct my error above:
So at the moment there are 4 unconfirmed payouts: 465298, 465318, 465390 and 465394.

I'll use this new script in future to be able to check better Smiley

Edit: FYI it wasn't showing up in the pool wallet coz I had to rebuild the wallet server VM last night due to running out of space, so the pool wallet was offline overnight and I sent the two new ones this morning when it was complete.
The pool itself is of course unaffected by the wallet, so it still had them in the work.

I added an (automatic) 'tooltip' to all the graphs - hope you all find it useful Smiley

On touch screens/tablets/phones you tap on the graph and on a PC you just move the mouse over it.
It selects the closest point, of all graph lines, less than 100 pixels away.

I like it! I refer to that total from time to time to make sure I haven't missed any blocks in my accounting. Grin

I got another s7 on the way. Ill get it mining by tomorrow. MORE BLOCKSSS   Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool

That's the way to do it! I'm running four S9's - (Well, really three and two thirds S9's because of a bad board) and a single S7 Batch F1 with one fan. I can run that S7 in the house at 700Mhz putting out a 4.73TH's average. The board temps are all in the mid-60's. So I'm pretty happy with that! )

So that gives me ~51TH's that I am able to point to Kano pool. Wish I had a way of running the additional S7's, but it's really not feasible because of power usage (lack of outlets) and ventilation issues.

If I could afford another S9, I could run that in place of the S7 F1. But I'm not really thrilled with the idea of adding another miner that could break at any time with a large shipping/repair bill if something goes wrong while it's still under warranty. I have already dealt with sending an S9 hash board and controller back to China under warranty. The damn UPS shipping bill was over $200. That's crazy, IMHO.

Just hoping the miners I have running now don't decide to fail in some way or another. They are long ago out of warranty and the last board I had repaired in Denver coast me $200. (Luckily for me, I got a discount that I wasn't aware of. Something called a "Lucky Ticket". So that repair ended up costing me only $50 including return shipping! Smiley )

Anyway, just wanted to say, "Good job" on adding another miner! The more the merrier. Also, after your 5ND reward catches up with the newly added miner, - or viceversa -  You'll double your rewards! Well, approximately. Wink

BLOCK! Smiley By Tech-Display!!  That's our 2nd block of the day with about three and three quarter hours left in the mining day!  Shocked

Had to stop what I was writing to announce that block! It was a fairly quick one with ~34.014% diff!  Grin Grin Grin
Also almost 2 BTC in miner TX fees.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

send me your machines! I do not pay for electricity! Smiley  Shocked

I'll be upgrading the US Passthru Server in about 47 hours.
See the Help->Notices menu https://kano.is/index.php?k=notice on the web site for details.
~60% of miners will have a 5 minute failover due to the upgrade.

I'm just a small time miner like the vast majority of us here - but as we had such a great April it's afforded me the opportunity to increase my hash, increasing from 75 to 100TH.

Let the good times roll!

If i was going to add more miners. How would i go about power? Getting a 240v plug from the breaker or what? How many antminers could i run off of one 240 plug. Using the Corsair ax1500i psu.

You should move this over to the Bitcoin Mining Hardware thread (where it belongs) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=76.0
and I will get back to you shortly with an answer after I reboot my network. You will also get better and on-topic replies in the Hardware thread.
