Rather like my feelings about the last election for Pres here in the US...

It was pending on Coinbase but now the transaction disappeared. It was still shown as pending at BTC.com. Any idea? Thanks.

I switched from antpool to Kanopool So far so good. The question I have is how much cost to transfer BTC from BTC.com to other wallet such as Coinbase.com. I am still mining in antpool and BTC is automatically transferred to Coinbase with no charge. Why can't Kanopool use Coinbase.com?

Ok thanks for all your replies. I set the wallet to Coinbase. But when I tried to send my 0.05295024 BTC from BTC.com to Coinbase, I got message "Insufficient funds" even with Low priority bitcoin fee option. Now what can I do? I know it's not much money but I would like to know what options I have.

It sounds like you are trying to send the entire balance of your wallet. You probably need to deduct the expected fees from the balance you are trying to send.

I don't know about BTC.com, but at [Suspicious link removed] it will tell you the maximum amount you can send after the associated fees. I mine to my blockchain wallet, then consolidate every so often to electrum.

You are right. I chose Low priority bitcoin fee option so after 5 hours the BTC is still pending in Coinbase with 0 confirmation. Does anyone have any idea of how long it might take? Thanks!

I had a payment I sent from one of my wallets to coinbase with no tx fee and it took just over 3 days with it pending in coinbase before it got its first confirmation. Then once it finely got its first confirmation the rest followed real soon after.

Appears to be a solid pool to go with. Except that it's one of the few remaining pools that still doesn't signal support for any protocol updates in coinbase string. Are there any plans to show support for any of the scaling proposal in the near future, i.e. BIP100 and/or SegWit? Ready to put 0.55 PH/s behind either, or both of proposals after my miners are operational in a few weeks. Kano is my 1st choice, but do not want to contribute my hash rate towards empty (do nothing) proposal.

Any info, no matter how brief in regards to the above would greatly help me choose my pool!

Thanks!
As per my last comment, of many, on the subject, I don't consider either SegWit or BU good options.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.18459841

Since the pool is only about 1% we also have no real effect on signalling either.

There are several hundred pages (well, maybe a few less) on this subject. FWIW...Segwit does not live here.

Block! by 1GT2CV... with 0.5 Ph Smiley 10th block to Accaim Board!
First block today!  Cheesy

And 4 payouts to our wallets! Cheesy

The last payment I got is for block 464338   1/May 10:23.

Is it my wallet or pool payment method?

I got all 4 payments today except the last block which is still confirming (today's Block).  Check your payments again because they don't go in order and it gets little confusing.  Well in my case it is like that, don't know about others. Smiley. So today you should have received 4 payments about 20-30 min after we found the last block.

At the risk of starting that whole dialog again...I never send my rewards to an exchange. NEVER. I only use my Core for that. I will transfer any necessary BTC/USD/whatever to the exchange for a given transaction, but that's it.

A whole lot safer...and just as convenient.

EDIT: That said...I was using Coinbase for my primary exchange until a few weeks ago when the state of Hawaii decided to surrender it's collective IQ, and the banking board here issued a regulation that forced Coinbase to close all Hawaii accounts. Otherwise, I'd still be with them as they could buy my BTC and send it to my PayPal debit card in USD. I now use CEX.IO, but don't have that convenience, and am rather "stuck" with having to engage with CryptoCapital to get my USD...although I'm not doing that much these days, trying to accumulate the coin rather than the dollars. Dunno if that's helpful.

Thank you!  So you sell your BTC on CryptoCapital?  Because I really need an advice on a better place to sell the BTC I have and have a bank transfer to my U.S bank account.  Up until now I've been using local Bitcoins and Coinbase.  I started selling on Coinbase just a couple of moths ago because they buy both the BTC and Ether ( which I mine also). So it is really convenient for me with a push of a button to sell the cryptos I have and have the funds in my account in like 5 days.  But I noticed that their BTC price always seem lower than other places.  So if someone can recommend me a better place I'm all ears.  Thanks!

...run mycellium so you mine to a cold storage, then use https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin/ mycelium to track your balance)
And then transfer from that adress to the exchange if you must change it to fiat.
What ^he said (that's how I do it, too) - though if you're running mycelium you can see your balance in there at any time.  I also don't put in the private key unless I'm about to transfer some coin out, then I put it in just long enough to sign the transaction, and after it goes through I delete the private key.

One MAJOR caveat - don't lose the paper with your (cold) storage address on it...!

Thank you guys!  I actually have a ledger USB wallet but I knoticed that every time I send something on it the BTC address changes just like on most places that I've used for example I wanted to test the bitso wallet but the address changed too after first transaction.  So if I send my rewards to my ledger wallet it doesn't matter if the address changes and I will still receive my BTC?

I actually have an old phone that's off, and in a vault somewhere else then where I live. The paper backup somewhere else again and
Then i have the public key and put it on my daily phone, so i can check the balance, as i'm in the luxury to be a BTC hodler, not having to pay the electricity from my BTC earnings
but if i need to, its just installing the key or turning on the phone.

The "brillance" with bitinfocharts.com however is that you can see a graph with your income over time.
(And see the crazy million dollar adresses that exists...)

Hey guys does anyone use Coinbase as their wallet to receive rewards?  Does it work ok and do they charge any fees just for receiving and sending out BTC?  Or maybe someone could recommend me a wallet?  Thanks! Smiley

It's bad practice to receive the rewards to your exchange.
Take any other wallet. (my tip is to take an old android phone and run mycellium so you mine to a cold storage, then use https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin/ to track your balance)
And then transfer from that adress to the exchange if you must change it to fiat.
