Well pool is completely down again - miners not connecting, and web site is also down.

Is the pool down?  Web site is unreachable and miners stopped.

Looks to have happened again.

Also, when did the 5% auto exchange go into effect?

Would also like to know about "when the 5% auto exchange go into effect"

Is it something new recently? If so, when it started?

Or was it a lower rate before? If so, when the new rate started?

Any idea what is going on with the dips ?

Related to above issue with X17 ?

PS: So far Zpool has been great once I got the hang of it... just ~2 days of use so far & I've only setup a handful of my hash power but it looks I'll convert all my nVidia rigs over within a week or so (currently on NiceHash).

You removed from pool X17 algo
Is it forever?

No, just the wallet is offline. See the post above this one.

an incident just occurred with one of the pools coin boxes so there are a bunch of coins offline. The provider has acted automatically and are currently investigating and working on the server. Unsure what the cause is yet.

Thanks
Thanks for the fast headsup
was pulling my hairs why I can not connect zpool equihash server.

yes thats why. guess I'll split those coins on different servers once it's back.

The technicians logged the issue as no OS found when they viewed the console. Hardware tests are running now. I'm guessing a reboot again will probably fix it but waiting for hardware tests to complete.

Hello,

I use Awesome Miner and I still don't understand how to optimize the change time for automatic profit.
For example, with zpool.ca, it's better to switch every 5 minutes, every 10 minutes or every 30 minutes ?
If we stay a little on an algo, we have no time to have blocks no ?

Thanks.

I would likely go with a midrange timer, 15m

No, the c= has to match what currency you have set as your username.

Sorry, coins sent arn't refundable. Import your private key for your BTC address into BCH wallet and retrieve your coins.
That was not BCH that was BTX

Can someone please setting it for me ?

-p c=BTC

else zpool could pick a random payout currency for you.
When I was starting I had such issue and got BCH.

If you had mistaken, it's impossible to convert already mined coins to BTC or any other.
Need to start over.

Good luck!

That's right, it can be random and not always the correct guess. There have been and are too many coins on the pool using the same address type as bitcoin which is why I've noted you must supply the c=BTC    or whatever currency your wallet is or it can be hit and miss and even that sometimes isn't always 100%. Please always check your wallet stats to make sure the currency shown is what you want to be paid in. If it's not, and you did use c=, I would try another address to get it detected to the proper currency.
must be a valid BTC address. Incorrect addresses will result in forfit of earning.
You can also use any valid wallet address from any of the coins we mine. This feature has had minimal testing so use at your own risk
YOU MUST ALWAYS set your currency in your password field: c=. The pool has mined hundreds of different coins and many have the same address version. We CAN NOT read your mind and possible know what currency you want. If no c= is set, your currency will be randomly chosen from any matching coins we have used. This HAS TO BE A REAL EXCHANGE SYMBOL

I am very sorry, but where are you ask to supply c=BTC?
I understand this that I should specify BTC address in wallet address and c=coin I am mining
Could you please refund me BTX that you send to my BTC address?

Linux FOREVER! Resistance is futile!!!
I'm new to zpool so please bear with me ...

Can any one explain to me the profit* and the 24 Hours Actual* in pool page?
For example in equihash pool page :

I see now that zencash profit shows 1.10568 so if my hash rate is 6 kS/s my daily profit should be around 1.10568*6/1000=0.006634 BTC correct?
Then 24 hours actual for equihash shows 0.11067 with same calculation it will be 0.11067*6/1000=0.00066402 BTC
Thats 10% of zen profit ..
So if I do zen mining on a mining pool like suprnova it should give me around 0.0066 BTC daily
but doing equihash algo mining on zpool gives me 0.0006 BTC ?

whats the profit in that ?
Where should I check for mining profit before start?
is my calculation wrong ?
