If the ops problem has been solved I will advise ops to lock this thread and make a final statement about the resolution and what his stance is, I don't know why some members will open a thread and abandon it without making replies to let the conversation flow.

Trustdice has been around for a while now so coming up with an accusation against them will require you to post some evidence, that will back up your case.
I agree, because that's exactly what the OP has to solve, it's taking too long to make this issue a floating one. In the end I had a hard time identifying whether the Op had solved the problem or not. We were confused about a Trusdice casino, while I still play there in safe gambling without any problems.

 I finally got my money back.


However, as the OP has never provided the account details or any evidence, we didn't have the chance to investigate, or to verify whether the problem described here was real. In fact, we have just completed an internal review of all our live support chats over the past 10 days, and we haven't been able to find a chat matching the OP's description:
They don't give any explanation to my questions.

There were even some cases where they turned the live chat off on my face .

Therefore, we must respectfully dispute any false accusation that has no factual basis.

You don't have to write positive things about them, you just need to share your experience with them in all honesty. And to be honest, I can't understand what you were trying to achieve or to prove by ignoring their PM and not responding to it! This is not the way someone who wants to get his money back would act.

Processing your withdrawal request without knowing your email or username is a good sign. It means their decision wasn't influenced by this thread (at least this is how I see it)

Evidence is still a big thing here.

Bruh even support chat's wouldn't be valid since support teams tend to be a different department from administrative one whereas they most likely have no control nor data or whatsoever of the withdrawal and the deposit records of that user. Think of online supports as customer service representatives, they only guide you to troubleshoot issues and resolve the best they can, but cannot resolve the issues themselves unless they had access to. It's just a plain non-sense accusation with no further path of understanding.

I would like to ask, you have been inactive for a few days the Trustdice casino party contacted you via PM. have you answered? please provide absolutely final clarity on whether so far you have received withdrawals or not? if you have provided direct evidence, and if not, what other barriers are holding it back?

sorry to say this and no offence, but the highlighted part is dumb. I understand that you were frustrated but being petty and not cooperating as a form of revenge is just stupid.

I hope you do because being ignored by customer service when a person/gambler is experiencing issues on a gambling site is extremely frustrating.

It's easy to prove that you are telling the truth by providing screenshot of your conversation that we are keep asking for you since this thread was created. Use imgur.com to upload the screenshot image and just share the imgur link here so that we can view it. If you are very persistent on you accusation even though trustdice already answer back your concerns in your thread. The normal response of user that really have an issue is not being quiet if the Casino claims they already chat you to fix this issue. It looks like you want to get compensation for this issue that's why you are still escalating this.

It's been a very few days since the issue has been resolved and I see that op didn't edit the thread to solved and this might cause some unnecessary reply about the issue because of not reading the thread. Honestly, I was going to say that op should be ready to provide the proof if op didn't receive the amount requested to withdraw but I didn't since I saw the latest post and checked it first then I know that it's solved already.

It's a little strange for the OP why not respond to your PM after being sent a few days ago, didn't he see it or passed your PM?

Indeed he is a little frustrated that he makes statements like when we know Trustdice is a leading casino, but I believe you can take the good side to increase withdrawals instantly.

I don't think people would walk away from Trustdice they would still be here if they knew it was a technical issue not from a completely slow withdrawal.

Every gambler certainly has the hope of always being well served by any casino when experiencing problems. They are so careless, customer service sucks, always trying to get out of the way. that's why they don't help. The support mail line is almost never working.

Since your case has been resolved, you can add "solved" in your subject and lock this topic to prevent from spam.

Though it's frustrating you need to wait for few days to withdraw small amount money while they promise to have instant withdrawal. However it's up to you to continue to play in this casino or looking for the another one.
