I'm glad you finally got your money back!

your frustration is valid and I completely understand it but the casino might also have concerns which is why the withdrawal was delayed. anyway, there are other gambling sites in the forum that have a good trust rating that you might want to try.

⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔

Hello friends.

I finally got my money back. And I will stay away from this casino forever.

Even the turtle is faster than these. You can definitely believe me. As a user like you, I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Guys, stay away from this casino. They are so careless, customer service sucks, always trying to get out of the way. that's why they don't help. The support mail line is almost never working.
I think you should stay away. they never give any trust. Looks like they will close the next day..

 I wish everyone good luck.

The OP is gone and I guess it's safe to assume that he already got his money.
He's gone just for a day and maybe will be back again today or by tomorrow, anytime. I've seen a case like this that he's got a complain about his withdrawal but when the problem was solved, he just left and said that everything is okay. Maybe that's the case and it will be eventually be solved and OP will be satisfied.
Yes there are cases like that but I think with the ongoing campaign of Trustdice I think it's safe to assume that they already got a tip in this case and handle well already by the team. It's just $200 though and if the fault was really on them then it will be easily manage.
So, I'm right with that and OP has been back and will giving some updates towards his problem with Trustdice. And a good thing that came was there's an actual person who represents them and offering to solve it.
Well, I guess that we're going to see the problem will be solved very soon and maybe in less than a day OP will give an update that this thread should be closed then.

i will update in 24 hour
What is your update right now? Withdrawals from a casino site can take a long time to be successful it is normal.  Because they have to complete many transactions and many winning / lossing result  in a moment. Which can put a strain on them.  And since you only have an amount of 200u. It is foolish to think too much about it. It is better to wait and keep patient till 48-72 hours. If this is not the case during this time. Then ping them on there live support or Email. Hope it will solve asap

What's the update?

Upon reading back pages, the official rep from that site had replied on this thread and that's a good sign that you'll be taken cared of and hopefully the issue that you've brought them will be solved.

As said, they're waiting for your response and I guess you already did replied to them and you're in talks already. Wishing a good outcome on this  conversation.

For me, having a .win domain extension is already a red flag.
A legit crypto casino would always spend some money to buy a more expensive domain .io, .com or .org.
This might not be a big change, but it signals authority and an ambition to do legit business, rather than going for the scam cash grab.
I guess that this is a small crypto casino, and the smaller crypto casinos don't have enough liquidity in order to process all withdrawals in a timely manner. Spending coins to gamble on the small casinos is always riskier than sticking to the big casinos. I don't know why many people prefer gambling on newly launched small casinos, their service won't be better than the big ones. Perhaps the generous bonus system is what hooks up many gamblers.
Anyway, isn't this thread supposed to be in the Scam accusations forum?

What?? The domain is not the basis of premium anymore but rather the name of the casino is what makes the premium high. I can get a .com domain on godaddy with just a couple of bucks while you can't get a cheap price good name with any low domain that you are pertaining to.  The .com, .io or anything doesn't matter anymore on an era that almost good website name is already taken.

Trust-dice.com is around 5$ only per year if .com is that premium. https://ph.godaddy.com/domainsearch/find?checkAvail=1&tmskey=1dom_03_intlgtld&domainToCheck=trust-dice.com

They keep procrastinating by making excuses. I can't get money for 42 hour.

they have no justifications. The amount I will withdraw is 200 dollars
If i remember it right? there are several thread in the past about trust dice though there are some result about paying the claims? yet this is something that  Trust Dice must be taken into consideration .

and try to prevent from playing in this site, because there are many out there that has no problem at all lol.
If you see all the progress and get to the point where TrustDice is launching a campaign run by our trusted Manager, then that's good news.
Yeah that is a good start of proving their trusted site and with @Hhampuz having on board? now we can see progress as the Admin answered quickly above and i think there will be a best result in the coming days.

I must retract my first message about preventing from playing here if the case will be resolved quickly.

Again, we apologize and we should have noticed this post earlier, and we will try to keep a close eye on Bitcointalk forums. In the meanwhile, we await response from the OP so we can investigate the issue.
it doesn't really matter if you didn't notice this thread sooner or later, what matters is that you are taking action about the issue OP's experience. anyway, the OP was online yesterday. sorry for the questions but has the responded to your PM? is there an update on the issue? has he received his funds?

Hey Wink Just to keep you all posted, we have yet to hear back from the OP.

Good to hear that you will be focusing on answering the accusation thread here but this kind of thread should be invalid since there's no proof about the issue he is talking about. Expect that you will encounter this kind of thread in the future that is more on spam accusations so make sure that you just answer on the proper issue thread and not like this one. Some user is just posting here for the signature campaign post quota and not that they care about this. This topic should be move on reputation board and you should answer only concerns that post there with valid proof and not just like this one.

Good luck with your business here!

Hello, everyone!

We have acted immediately, and requested the OP's signup email and username via PM so that we can investigate what may have occurred. Moving forward, we will try to update here as much as we can.

This is a good sign that they want to establish their reputation the admin is reaching out and would like to solve issues is commendable

In general, 99% of our withdrawals are processed instantly, but in some rare cases we may need to extend this time due to the security and anti-fraud mechanism we employ.
This is industry practice it's not new other casinos are also employing this it seels is not aware of this or he is not well informed but things like this are not a big deal at all,

That's great this should be what support should be I hope you can keep up and fair in your dealings and judgment on every issue that arises, good support here in this forum, a signature campaign coming from a trusted manager here are a good combination for a casino to succeed here in Bitcointalk.

This is the advantage of playing on a casino which has active thread in this forum. If you encounter any issues whether withdrawal or account concerns, you can easily reach out to them. And since this site is also having their campaign, I don't think they will not resolve this issue. I just hope that they will resolve this in prompt manner and not delay. Players are losing their interest if they are waiting in vain just to resolve a simple issue.

Therefore, there is still a lot of information about TrustDice that needs to be explored. If you ban just because of slow withdrawals, maybe I think it's unfair. Anyway, everything needs a process and now they have confirmed it waiting for the OP to provide the email address.

any update? it's been 24 hours since you posted the thread, have they let you withdraw? if they did, have you received the money?

They don't give any explanation to my questions.

There were even some cases where they turned the live chat off on my face .
would you mind providing any evidence on this? especially on the one, where they turned the live chat off while you were chatting with them? even if they have approved your request to withdraw I think it is still quite unprofessional if they really turned off the live chat while you were talking to them.

From what I read and follow about trust dice I hardly doubt that they are scams. In fact I Once got paid just for doing the paid review and it was almost instant to my trust dice account and further to my wallet. I never had any issues with the trust dice in later transactions too.

You better check with the support mail rather than just dropping Chats to them. Most of the casinos with low funds or user base will have that halt on withdrawal and extra verification so that they can buy sometime. But one thing is sure, trust dice isn’t scam or like that. I mean for me at least they are paying!

I don't know how did you contacted the team because you never shared anything that might show the conversation of your claim?

Sorry but they are managing to pay almost 1k per week in their advertising here , so that 200$ is not that big for them to hold ?

any update for the last 24 hours of your claiming?
