Well I think this is a pretty good start for payments using bitcoins. People should actually use bitcoins to buy things using bitcoins now because if they actually use bitcoins for such payments, more and more people will start accepting bitcoins as payment. I think this will eventually increase and get better over time.
Not sure if bitcoin was the best option right now. Look at the fees and let us not forget about the transaction time! Pay $20 + $5 + another $20(fee) for just a bucket of chickens? Or pay less fee and wait for hours for the delivery?

I think these are still some countries that accept the payment, because there are still many countries who do not like the existence of bitcoin in their country, with this news I really am very happy with the KFC restaurant receive payment by using bitcoin as payment, but in every country have a law laws that must be obeyed, in order not to turn off the country's currency.

Wow. Thatbis a great news if that is really true. I will surely eat a lot at kfc now because i will now having a hard time paying now at kfc maybe they will prioritize also the btc users and also they will easily transact our orders now.
Yes! I am sure that you are going to pay more than $20 for a single piece of chicken who is only worth $3 in KFC

Did you forget that you can not pay little things just with bitcoin? The fees are going to eat it all.

I think it's a good publicity stunt for both parties. Thus there is a promotion of bitcoin, and also draws attention to a fast food restaurant. As a result, both remain in positive territory.

It's nothing more than a PR move and a marketing idea. There is no comfort in this. I would not pay bitcoins for chicken, it is not profitable and inconvenient.

Well I think this is a quite decent begin for installments utilizing bitcoins. Individuals ought to really utilize bitcoins to purchase things utilizing bitcoins now in light of the fact that in the event that they really utilize bitcoins for such installments, an ever increasing number of individuals will begin tolerating bitcoins as installment. I think this will in the long run increment and improve after some time.

Can't wait for other fast food establishments to join in on this opportunity. It will help drive bitcoin to become a great payment option along side VISA or Paypal. Hassle free payments with no middleman.

Wow. That is great, now I can buy KFC using my bitcoin. Less hassle and less consume of time in buying some meals. I just wanna know if the delivery charge is free, lol. But anyway thanks for the great information you disseminate in this forum.

Take a look at the video. $5 shipping, only in select Canada restaurants, and the transaction time could be long depending on the fee.

Exactly. That probably won't be a good idea foe real time face to face transactions like fastfoods since first, the price of btc fluctuates, and second, you'd have to wait until the transaction pushes through which is not guaranteed to be instant. And there's also the transaction fee. Why would you pay a transaction fee for a fastfood order?

Yes, you're right, it's nothing more than a bucket of advertising tricks. It's too expensive to go out to dinner in a fast food. I prefer not to spend bitcoin until it is profitable for me.

Whoah! Really? Im in awe to hear that news. I hope that many store would follow this step and accept bitcoin soon. So that we can buy anything just by clicking. Imagine if some popular brands are accepting bitcoin as payment it would be great for us and for them also as they gain another market.

Check out my YouTube video where I dive more in depth : BREAKING NEWS KFC is now accepting Bitcoin, and Smart contracts might be legally binding!

Is this just a bucket of chicken, or a bucket of publicity stunts?

You will be able to buy a bucket of chicken in Select Canada KFC's. However you will have to order it online using Bitpay, and have it shipped to you.

Cost : Around $20 + $5 shipping + Taxes + Any other blockchain fees

What do you guys think about it?

Since when does KFC do home deliveries?
It's a very bad moment for them to accept Bitcoin as payment, they should wait until the fees and transfer fees are adjusted for the common use.

i think not all of KFC accepted bitcoin. because in my country i did not find kfc that accept bitcoin.
but i think it is good to use bitcoin just as a investment not as means of payment. I prefer to save my bitcoin and sell it when the price goes up drastically
