KFC has a good marketing strategy: it allows them to reach another market.

This will be a big advantage for the bitcoin users in Canada, I just don't know exactly if all KFC outlet in the entire world would accept bitcoin as payment. This is something really expecting where in the near future all fast food in the world will be bitcoin accepted.

What the point to accept bitcoin in businesses? There's so long transactions and high fees.. For me bitcoin is just as a digital gold. To pay for different stuff it is cheaper, faster and better to use some other coins like litecoin.

The fees are paid by the buyer, so if the business holds the coins it could be profitable. I do agree though, if the company is selling for fiat 1:1 then there isnt a big need for it.

It was a very great idea for kfc to create a transactions like cryptocurrency as a payment method in their fast food restaurant because in this way, fees on buying food will be much cheaper than usual and we can use bitcoins to purchase online and deliver it to our house with a lower cost.

Well, I think that for KFC this is most likely a marketing move
Since bitcoin is very popular now, I do not think that a lot of people will benefit from this function
Well I didn't get this news anywhere but if it is right then its a great step towards bitcoin nourishment and it this method of payment goes well then one by one different companies will start accepting bitcoin as payment method but in case of kfc I think you hunger will vanish when the order arrives due t large wait.

Fried chicken chain KFC Canada is accepting bitcoin – for a limited time and for a cryptocurrency-themed bucket of chicken, that is. At the time it is now known that bitcoin is a crypto currency in a country so it has been received as a payment for anything you buy or restaurant you eat.

What I can say is that it's great way for business owner to buy/collect bitcoins without paying any fees. It don't worths to buy with bitcoin but some enthusiastic people will be happy if they with bitcoin and additional fee. So they can collect bitcoins with the help of some percent of customers and who knows, their 5$ burger or anything can become 50$ one day, that's great step for them, not for us.

This is the first step that made bitcoin in a social environment! Of course, it's not very convenient for ordinary people. But for the rich, why not? Having a large number of bitcoins, you can afford to buy a chicken for the cryptocurrency!

This is the expected one for me.This is second corporate accept of bitcoin as a payment. Many website are start to accept the bitcoin, but they are not known by all the people.Since it's Multi National Corporation,it's acceptance was known by all. It's just a beginning of acceptance.

It's a good news for crypto world. This will be helping to promote crypto around the world. But problem is it practical with higher block chain fees?

First of all I'm not interested in this silly things. I would like to concentrate in training, mining and bitcoin campaign. Because I'm considering bitcoin as a most valuable investment policy. So I don't like to waste it for these kind of silly needs.

In case it was true, then it was good for all who had bitcoins since they were be able to use bitcoin in payment of purchase on that store. Also, in part of KFC, it was a kind of advertisement for them to attract customers.

WHAT the cost of $20 ?? how can you say that? maybe we can use altcoin to reduse fee of our transaction. like xrp, nxt, bts.

but i feel so happy if bitcoin can trust by big company like KFC's maybe other company will use btc on their transaction..

I think is better if use cash money or use credit card, because there is no fee, if use bitcoin we should pay the fee for it, so that's more expencive, and need waiting for confirmation for it.

Yes, I've heard of that and I was surprised. Bitcoin is starting to reach every corners of the marketing industry. I think , most of the companies and industries will have bitcoin as a cost of payment as what others look into. We can see the good progress of bitcoin through it. Imagine buying foods straight from our btc wallets? I found it exciting.
