It is 25% wich in my opinion is not such a good goal.
Well if the service is genuine, I can tell that they have a bad luck (with all thise ETH network problems wich prevent many possible users to buy).

DDoS attack on Ethereum network hampers Kibo ICO

Kibo ICO started on October 1st and unfortunately hit the peak of DDoS attack activity on Ethereum network. During 2 weeks of sales, we were able to work in a stable network for just 2 days. The rest of the time we receive a lot of messages about the impossibility to purchase a platform or Kibo tokens due to delays and cancellations of transactions in the Ethereum network. Despite the fact that we’ve already received the minimum amount required for the launch of Kibo Platform, the situation around Ethereum network tremendously affects the sales results. A large number of users weren’t able to join Kibo in the most favorable terms of the first days of ICO. Throughout the sales period we’ve been receiving many messages in our support on a daily basis, including the last 2 days when Ethereum network almost completely stopped processing transactions and allowed only a couple payments to proceed into our contract. Unfortunately, Kibo team can’t affect the current situation in any way, and is forced to just wait when Etereum team solve this issue. It was an unpleasant surprise not only for us but for the whole Ethereum community and certainly be a lesson that will benefit a development of technology in general.
Despite the unforeseen difficulties and that the major part of users weren’t able to make a purchase because of DDoS attacks, we were able to reach a minimum ICO goal and exceed the mark of 3 million dollars and 5,000 platform owners around the world on the 15th day of sales. This indicates a high interest in Kibo; we thank everyone for their confidence and support.
Of course we are disappointed by the fact that a large number of users from around the world were unable to join us due to the problems with Ethereum network. We’re watching the progress on this issue and we hope that Ethereum team will be able to solve it soon. Hard Fork of the network is scheduled on 17–18 October, after that the network itself and Kibo’s contract will operate as usual.
All the transactions, that are hung in the network due to DDoS attacks and haven’t been proceed by Kibo’s contract in form of tokens or purchased platforms in cabinets, will be displayed as soon as the update of Ethereum network happens and it is immune to DDoS attacks. We hope that this will happen on Tuesday, and we can continue our ICO.
Sincerely, Kibo team.

This article clearly has its dark purpose. Unknown Maxim from St. Petersburg on the basis of whom such serious accusations against KIBO Company was built, then the very same article suggests that there isn’t any violations and fraud in this issuer. And a quote from the article: "Therefore, in the isolated situation with KIBO, it’s all okay in legal terms". Why, then, so hardly write about it?

No links with a video of the conversation where Forklog takes comments. Why? Here is it for you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zfnT9Y29hY It is obvious that the video hide inconvenient for the magazine facts. For example there is no word about that this video has a correspondence in which a pair of trolls agree to ruin KIBO ICO and confirmed that Forklog would help them with it. Is there any explanation of this? And we can clearly see the result of this assistance: 2 articles marked FEATURED.

The conclusion is also interesting, where summed only claims some of which are false. The settlement didn’t mention any word that the company is completely legal, and works on Swiss law. I note this isn’t some sort of offshore zone. There is only negative information. Not emphasized that they found out that KIBO is not a pyramid, but only a project that uses MLM mechanism. As was mention by one of our users on Slack channel: “Elon Musk is using MLM to push his solar panel business at Solar City - because it will move a lot faster with neighbour selling to neighbour taking commissions than it will any other way.” Based on Forklog findings, he is also building a pyramid?

Thus, if we sum up all the claims to the project that Forklog emphasizes, they can be divided into the following points, and almost all of them is convincing only by a stretch of imagination. Also note that the magazine sums up just the claims and not results and facts. Once again I draw your attention that some of them false. Read the points.

1. “Past connections of the Miller brothers and Kibo partners with MLM-related projects and proven Ponzi schemes.” Respond: there is a connection with MLM projects and no one denied it, this experience was the base for KIBO constricting.

2. “Lack of information on developers and team members on the project’s official website”. This information is false, at the time of publication part of the team have been already available on our website for 2 days, and Forklog was aware of that. Here is a link https://kiboplatform.net/en/team.html

3. “Lack of published source code of an operational and secure smart contract.” https://github.com/alfredwoooden/kibo_central This is an outright lie. The article said nothing about central and storage KIBO contracts that were published on Github even before the start of ICO. And these despite the fact that many projects are launch ICO without publishing a single line of code.

4. “Fundraising with a regular Ethereum wallet. Money is indeed stored not in a smart contract, but get redistributed via the contract on an Ethereum address.” So do 9 out of 10 companies that launch ICO. Why there is nothing about this fact?

5. “Using multi-level marketing methods and approach to promote the project”. Yes, and this made possible to currently have 4,800 branches that will develop KIBO. Is it bad for the project?

It’s obvious that this article is intended to ruin KIBO ICO but to their disappointment, there are people who read not only Forklog. Current results ICO enables us to provide a strong start that will happen regardless of ICO results. I want to remind you that ICO will continue for 30 days. Over 500 KIBO PLATFORM was purchased yesterday. These are people who understand what we are doing and see the same great opportunity as KIBO team.

Please can you answer about lotto software. People say your lotto interface looks like finnish lotto. Its your own software or stolen finnish lotto script or you licenced this from someone?

In this version KIBO have similarities in design of 2 playing fields. But as you can see the personal account and the other two playing fields have different designs. We used some of the options of fields on Veikkaus lottery for the KIBO LOTTO base version, from which we began our work on optimization of the interface. Today, Veikkaus is one of the most successful online lotteries. This is intermediate closed KIBO LOTTO version that was available for first stage partners. By the time of platform launch we will present another version of a personal platform design. It is the reason why it isn’t available right now but was available before. During the first stage of development all partners were playing on this platform and we were working on finding the optimal variant of the game board by using several variations of playing fields and statistics. Using these data, we’ve developed our version of playing fields. You will be able to see a new version of the platform in a few weeks after lotteries’ smart contracts will be audited. Of course new version will have some similar elements, but it isn’t prohibited by law and is far from a copy. We want to draw your attention to the fact that today in gaming industry a large number of resources have a very similar interface. But this isn’t a problem for them. I.e. sports betting, where a large amount of resources is almost a complete copy of one another but they don’t experience any difficulties with this.

Dear friends, a huge amount of materials are represented for you in order to draw your own conclusions. You can draw conclusions based on material of cheap tabloids, administration of which can’t answer why trolls in an open correspondence planned to ruin KIBO ICO and confirmed that Forklog would help them with it. It's your choice what to look on. It is that magazine that published their fantasies on its site after they’ve sounded them. The most interesting thing is that the administration of the magazine hasn’t even tried to clarify is this information in any degree true. Note, the magazine has all our contacts since we ordered ads and release of the project. But we didn’t receive any questions what’s so ever. Once they were convinced that the information is false, negative article about KIBO wasn’t removed. Can you guess why? If you are interested, the conversation between Developers KIBO developers and Forklog administration is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zfnT9Y29hY

I repeat, no one is forcing anybody to take part in Kibo ICO. If someone doesn’t see the basic things and the huge amount of work that has been done and only wants to see the gossip and misrepresentation he can simply stay away. We’ve already achieved all the goals that we set ourselves within the ICO. KIBO launch will be held regardless of what a bunch of losers who intentionally want to disrupt the start of the project will write. We are completely legal and open, it’s clear to anyone who carefully inspects our project. Everyone who considers joining KIBO start can still do that. Those who believe otherwise can only watch from the sidelines. How correct that decision was we will know very soon. Thank you for your attention to our project.

Excuse me darlings, but we have had to fucking push you for you to officially admit that you, the Miller Bros are behind Kibo.

You just went around in circles trying to insult the intelligence of your would-be investors by saying only "intellligent" people would understand this opportunity.

Guess what? Intelligent people can smell a SCAM from a mile away.

You muppets have been backed in a corner and are desperate to salvage what you can out of your little operation in the hopes of getting some more "investment"

You also blatantly cloned that Finnish lottery platform.

Friends, today we've added Team section on our website, where we published Kibo's management team. You can read about it here
https://kiboplatform.net/en/team.html

According to the information available online, the project’s founders are Andrey Miller and his brother Alexei.

Earlier they both were connected to a project called WCM 777 and a Germany-based lottery.

Both projects stagnated and eventually ceased to exist.

Also there are rumors of them being connected to OneCoin.

So.....that's why you did not want to advertise who were behind KIBO in the first place...... couple of failed ventures and rumours of being connected to the most evil MLM scams ever....

 Grin

First, it’s obvious that if someone wanted to remain anonymous, he wouldn’t publish a part of the team even more in the moment when the main part of the ICO has already passed. Why it isn’t obvious for you is the question. The reasons why we didn’t do this at the start already have been repeatedly given. Due to the fact that certain individuals have published false information and engage in substitution of the facts, we decided to publish part of the team on our website in order to refute this lie. Moreover if you visited our site, you can see a video, after watching of which it would make clear for anyone that there can’t be any questions about some anonymity. We hold open events with large number of our partners. A lot of them personally know many team members. As you can see in this video, there are people of different ages and nationalities. Many of them are business owners from different areas and experts in their field. If you think it's a bunch of delusioned people whose opinion doesn’t mean anything for you, this is also your choice. But why are you ignoring the fact that there isn’t and never was any anonymity? That’s the big question.

We want to correct you; no one from our team has any connections to ONECOIN or to, as you said, some Germany-based lottery. Thousands of people know this. It is a pity that you have provided with information that has no facts behind it. Before hypotheses please present something more significant than phrases like "also there are rumors of them being connected to OneCoin”.

Yes, some members of our team have experience of participation in wcm777 and German company ibutler. But your information about these companies doesn’t reflect the reality, as well as everything else that is written here. These two companies are completely legal to work in American and German jurisdiction, and were attended by several hundred thousand people worldwide. And the fact that one of them suffered no luck, it doesn’t mean that all the people who work there are scams. It’s clear to any reasonable person. Moreover, we’re not only don’t hide this information, we believe that the members of our team gained invaluable experience in the MLM industry and this experience has raised the level of competence in how these mechanisms work and what this industry is today. We understand that people who are engaged in the dissemination of false information online is anonymous and doesn’t bear any responsibility for what they write. Unfortunately, not everyone can understand that what is written here is completely untrue. The people, who supposedly want to give objective information on those who are behind the project, for some reason doesn’t write that these people have created several companies. Companies that employed large number of employees, and developed loyalty programs and marketing tools for many organizations and services. And the fact that Kibo today has one of the highest degree of readiness among all the projects that currently shown in ICO. We don’t aim to prove the opposite to people who want to tarnish the project. Of course, all this is not very pleasant for our team, but we are confident that all will become evident after the successful launch of Kibo project. That of course will be, as ICO results already allow us to do it. We were able to get these results due to the fact that there is a large number of people online who are able to assess the work we have already done, including the Kibo unique marketing strategy, that by the way was designed by these guys. We suggest all readers of the branch at least read this material before you form your "own opinion"  https://medium.com/@kiboproject/kibo-an-inside-look-bcc2d5b38ab9#.w3w9z8vh9
Thank you for your great attention to our project. We’re sure that time will sort things out.

Where in the world that a monthly income of around $200 comes from while kibo is having an ad on facebook? How will that be compensated if its true? Is it just marketing gimmick?

We didn't quite get what are you asking about. Can you please rephrase your question?
