If it says "clearance event" on the DHL tracking site, then you need to call them to get it through unfortunately.

Mine is out for delivery this morning! Oct 18th.

Any import/customs taxes ?

Got mine today. The box was beat to hell and 2 of the fans had come off.  I put them back on, turned on the machine, updated the firmware and she is now running like a champ. Thanks KNC.  BTW still waiting for my Jalapeno I ordered from BFL eons ago.  Maybe I will get it by January 2014. LOL.

Pretty nice update and I hope you are right regarding 2 or 3 days. If so, considering all that has happened with KNC, they are looking like a force to be reckoned with going forward.

ok news my #304x order Jupiter will arrive on Friday 10/18/13 instead of Monday as I thought
I just got the DHL tracking number and it says Brussels...I called 1-800-225-5345 and they said it will arrive tomorrow(shocked I was)
Friday 10/17/2013...it showed "shipped' on Wens....shipped on Thursday .be here Friday. So call this number ASAP when you get a
tracking number to be safe.


I also got a FULL REFUND  on my "processing' order of #526x just now ...customer service went way beyond the call of duty
and physically 'pulled' my unit out of production ..they could have taken the easy route and just said it was too late to change
but really went the extra mile ..I was very very impressed ..so that order is CANCELLED in the list you can take it out

So they are really chugging thru stuff so if you plan to pull a unit ...be quick.....they probably will get everything out in 2 or 3 days
from what I can tell

anyway.....again it would have  been easier to take the route of just telling me I was too late instead they stepped up and pulled
my after Oct 15th unit even thou they could have probably convinced me it was impossible to do so at that time as it was in processing
they did so without fan fare and went the extra mile ...what do they say ...see how people act when no one else is looking...well again
I was very impressed ....they really had to beat the clock on my part

so you want one of your units pulled they will do so ASAP but again it looks to me like stuff is gonna get done with this batch soon

I will be ordering from KNC again ...but that Saturn with current situation after Oct 15th ...was just a bit too much for me at this time
with this option to get a refund due to them stepping up and eating it on their missed Oct 15th deadline...again I'm very impressed!

Well, this is good news (mostly).
I find it hard to believe that they can catch up in 4 extra days (Say, by October 20th) with essentially some of July and all of Augusts miners. Pretty impressive if true. Ideas?

Does anyone know where there news is on orders shipped, I can't find it on their website? Thx

got my tracking number late last night

Talking about weirdness received a small ticket from dhl package seems to be picked up at 12:00
So suppose it has to be moved to shipping
