Orama, could you ask KnC why hosted customer's orders are still in Paid while shipped and local pick up fly out the door?It's just the way the order system updates. Hosting just goes straight to shipped at the point in the queue the hosted boxes are situated. It's just a case of turning boards on when it's your turn now. It's based on full payment date.
I am just trying to get my head around why they didn't go in that direction from the outset...

I am hosted but not hashing. I have no idea when I will be hashing now that the Oct. 15 date is gone. If you can also get them to issue a statement about compensation for missed dates and a statement about when they anticipate the very LAST order in the Oct. 15 queue will be shipped, that would also be helpful. I think the general consensus and expectation in the community is that non-Day 1/2 orders will not be considered less important or significant than those who have been compensated to date provided they are still waiting in the Oct. 15 queue.
