There is a bit of a possible "google translator" issue so
you might want to cut him some slack.
To accuse him of selling KORE makes you look bad.

Pala has been here from the beginning and knows KORE is the Real Deal.

rgr, confirmed, took a few hours for the "staking" label amount to update on wallet however still received the "mining" from full staking even though the full amount wasn't showing as staking. It's still an error as it doesn't show as staking when you infact are but better to have it that way then not staking at all

There is no problem with the wallet.
The "Reserved Amount" are the coins you "Do Not" want to stake.

However IF you recently stopped them from staking you may need to wait a block or two.
