A reputable gambling site will do that, because they care for their clients, you are lucky that you are playing in a good gambling site, I recommend that gamblers pick a good gambling sites, and always protect your account by securing your account by implementing the necessary securities.

Well, congrats. I saw your post history and see that you are a gambling enthusiast especially at online casinos.

As much as I want to think of this as PR, we will look into the positive side.

You can lock this thread after some days. No need to create one to show you admire them for giving you free spins. Wink

It is good to hear beautiful news about the credibility of the casino trying to provide compensation to its users!! I always advise you to activate the 2FA feature to avoid the risks. The site gave you a good favor, because the error is not one of them, but it was your fault, so always try to be wise. Wink

Only a handful of casinos are actually doing such goodwill to their players since most would rather tell you that it's not their fault that you got hacked and will leave you on the ground after such events. I don't know if this is a paid thing to post or not, but I still believe that bitcasino has the capacity to do just that. I mean, it's 'just' 11mbtc compared to their bankroll so they can just give free spins to settle your doubts and as a compensation (although IMO you don't deserve it) for the hassle that you've gone through. It's also a good strategy to remain customers as well.

I just want to give a shout out to Bitcasino.io

a couple weeks ago, my account was hacked.  It was my own fault, I didn't have 2fa set up.     I've now fixed that issue, my account is secure (i hope).    In that ordeal, the hackers withdrew around 11mbtc.  Not a huge amount, but still.    was not thrilled about it.

Bitcasino just sent me a note that they are going to give me some free spins for the amount that was taken from my account.     Did they have to do that? no.    Of course i'm happy about this, but I also feel this was the correct move as they have proven themselves to be more than trustworthy and will continue to play there.  And I'm sure they know they'll get much more than that from me.  :-)

Best,
wecanbothwin
I can't help but think that the timing of this post was just off. Although Bitcasino already gave a sensible explanation to the 171 bitcoin "won" by a certain LAngel, this still sounded like a PR move.

Anyways, congrats on getting your account back if your story is true. Did they ask you for a full KYC?

LOL I also noticed that. But that issue was already resolved LAngel I just a fraud, he admitted it.

This timely Kudos thread though isn't necessary to save Bitcasino because they've handled it already. That was a funny thread, it should have turned into a PR already for the casino.

This is still an element of the business. The platform does not want you to leave and makes the only right decision - to compensate you for your small losses.
Especially considering that the fault is entirely on you, I would regard this as a reward for loyalty. And look at the result, you already thank them causing a standing ovation among the members of the forum.
My respect for such a service.

That's a good move for Bitcasino they understand the flight of their players who are undergoing this experienced and this is very hard for any gamblers, Bitcasino have proven that they are not only reputable but very understanding and considerate of their clients, I'm sure many gambling sites will follow their lead.

That sounds good. I have been there without any issue. But unlucky that, we had seen one accusation yesterday which get solved as well. That made me think of usual gambling sites but Bitcasino seems to be fair and transparent.
I guess gambling sites must offer some compensation to their regular gambler so that they can get motivation to continue.

This is what i was thinking too, a thread to shower kindness, since LAngel already confirmed that he is a cheating fuck there is no way the casino should send anything and they did the right thing by not encouraging cheaters to get away with intimidation tactics to get the money out by starting a thread here but the casino gave a solid response and hence it is fair.

@OP did the casino asked to start this thread  Tongue.

@OP, you are just been lucky but it will be better if you avoid human error in the future and you need to understand that setting the 2FA still doesn't make your account bulletproof.
this still sounded like a PR move.
Maybe but the OP i completely not a new user and i check his post history he seems to be honest with what he said.

Congratulations then with that response of Bitcasino and for the consideration that they have given to you. They don't want to lose you and that's why they are giving you some free spins and reminding you that next time you should always set a 2FA so that you have an additional layer of security.
Enjoy those free spins.  Wink
