The players need to know each other, know the tactics and strategies, friendship is important. You can't do any of them in mid-season. Barcelona is ten step ahead when it's about championship talk.

Barcelona is playing better than all the teams , they are dominating the league , when we talk about injuries I guess Barcelona proved to be strong even without Lionel Messi , also when we talk about the odds of injuries to happen then all teams has the same odds

Just made my vote. I think Barelona is the clear favourite. They did not start the season very well, but that last win vs Real Madrid removes any doubts about the clear favourite.
