I don't sure Girona will drop theri points and outside from Champion League spot place, Girona as the only top fourth team just focus in domestic league only than Barcelona and Atletico Madrid will play in Champion League match. Taking one week rest and more advantage from Barcelona or Atletico Madrid will give more benefit for Girona winning all matches left including against Atletico Madrid next weeks and Barcelona on matchday 34.

It's really interesting to see thst Barcelona finally got a chance to stay ahead of girona after the long stay thst at some point did looked like they were not going to be abt to stay ahead of girona because girona was looking like they were in the best form such that they weren't even going to drop any where below the second spot on the table, i think the fact that they were once able to be at the top of the table did influenced their confidence.

Atlético Madrid has actually really been trying their very best this season but then they have rather been inconsistent in their form and thst has really affected how they have been able to be really productive in their performance but then they have just been doing their best and Girona rhis season was only able to take advantage of the opportunities they git against weak teams and were able to secure up to the position they have found their selves now but they started dropping points since they started coming across weaker teams and their performance dropping.

Barcelona still have champions league games ahead to play and that too is actually going to take a whole lot from them because the competition and pressure from there is way too much more than that which they do get from the la Liga so that will actually imply that they get to maintain their form a d improve even better if they will be able to scale through to the next point of the champions league.

Valencia has quite a big motivation to win in order to continue competing for a place in Europe and on the other hand Granada is also not as good in quality as Valencia so I think this victory is quite natural for Valencia to get.

Now Valencia is only 5 points behind Sociedad in 6th place to advance to the Europa League next season and with 8 more matches left this season I think the two teams will still compete very fiercely.

Regardless of the fact that Girona have dropped in form since their loss against Real Madrid, I commend their efforts in the beginning of the season because for a team that hasn't spend so much time in the la Liga since their promotion, it means they are most likely to make greater improvements in the future. At this point wishing them a spot in the Champions league next season would be the best achievement for them now after they lost hope woefully in their title race to Real Madrid though they need a lot of hardwork before they can achieve that because Atletico Madrid and Athletico Bilbao are also running relentlessly to also have a spot in the Champions league next season so the league is so tensed between Barcelona, Girona, Atletico Madrid and Athletico Bilbao because any of them that loses form at this point may slim their chances of being in the Champions league next season.

Valencia's overall performance in the last few matches has been very poor. However, Valencia secured a narrow 1-0 away win against Granada. Valencia's attack is very weak. If the performance of the attacking players improved a bit, this team would have been able to occupy the fifth or sixth place in the table. Valencia also have no chance of qualifying for the Europa League or the Conference League.

Granada's performance this season has been very poor. This team has no chance of getting out of the relegation zone. The team is consistently performing poorly. Granada is 14 points behind of Celta Vigo.

Girona really had the chance to be leading the league table and be on top of the league table but along the way they fumbled and had to give up the league title to Real Madrid. Real Madrid was undefeated by them in their two meetings in the league matches and that is to show that their great quality form this season cannot be comparable to what Real Madrid is. After falling from the top position, they still went further down and was gradually replaced by Barcelona in the second place, this shows how inconsistent they became along the way and are paying for it now. Barcelona is picking up again but I wouldn't not say am disappointed but am actually disappointed at Girona because when the season was still fresh, people actually commended the effort that Girona was putting, they were at a drag with real Madrid. And now they have gone back to been on the third position. They know why this clubs will start well and at the end of the day they lose consistency easily. And for Atlético they will find it difficult to meet up because 7 points is no joke, how do they meet up with that number of points. And they won there last game against Villarreal ending 2:1 and very soon they will facing Dortmund on the Champions League, and those guys are not easy going guys. They still have work to do, defeating Dortmund is not going to be easy.
