Everyone craves for the best performance for their club and they won't hesitate to do anything just to be in good winning shapes, one of the major reasons you see the teams today either accused for breaking significant rules in football. Barcelona board won't dream of sacking Xavi Hernandez currently but they can put it into consideration because the results recorded doesn't match with an elite team and they become worse in performance mostly against elite teams. Sacking Xavi Hernandez now? It will messed up the current condition of the team and they will fall back to square one.

Valencia said goodbye to Celta Vigo at home. Both teams have been playing well in the last weeks and have been in good form. I don't think the Barcelona management is thinking of sacking Xavi now. Barcelona will face even bigger problems if they decide to sack Xavi. Barcelona management knows their weaknesses very well. Barcelona is not yet financially stable. Barcelona are not able to spend enough money to build a strong team. So Xavi is yet to add players to the squad of his choice. Since the team is not financially stable yet, Barcelona will face even bigger problems if a new coach is appointed now.

We are not getting good performances from Barcelona's young players. Xavi should now work more with Barcelona's young players. Barcelona will become stronger if the performances of the young players improve.

Yes, it is very possible that people speculate about the future of Xavi as Barcelona manager after Barcelona got a defeat against Real Madrid in the final Supercup. In my opinion, Barcelona will be able to reach the top 4 by the end of this season. I have no doubts about Barcelona ability this season even if they fail to defend their title, but they will maintain their dignity to be able to close their position in the top 4.
Indeed, Barcelona is not too strong compared to Girona or Real Madrid this season, but as the defending champion last season, Barcelona must be able to maintain its ranking in the top 4 until the end of this season competition.

Barcelona will not experience big problems in the upcoming match because the opponents they face are teams below their ranking. Maintaining the top four ranking will means they will be able to participate in the UCL next season so it wouldn't really be a bad one for them, just that they will only go without a trophy this season and they will have to put in some effort to still maintain a spot amongst the top four els they may be displaced by other teams.

Barcelona have a little problem with their ya tactical approach to games aswell, after the first El classicilo this season which was were they started recording their series of losses, they were blaming it on the absence of few of their players who's absence was due to injury such as lewandoski but then even his return couldn't do so much for the team aswell so back to the coach he has most often refused to use more vibrant and young minds who could play and help the team get results rather he keeps the likes of yamal and Felix on the bench till second half which isn't helping them either.

Barcelona still has hope of fighting to improve their performance in Laliga this season, they are behind Girona by 8 points and Real madrid by 7 point. So there is still hope for Xavi men to become champions again this season because they have 19 games to come so there is still time for them to return in their best form this season. They don't have to experience mistakes again if their focus is on improving their ranking in the upcoming matches. A storm of injuries could also disturb them if it affects key players in the upcoming match.

It is likely that Barcelona will find it quite difficult to prevent Real Madrid from becoming champions this season because Real madrid has a better trend than Barcelona this season. For Girona, they do not have strong ambitions to become champions this season, especially in the previous match when Girona faced Almeria where Michel squad lost full points, which allows Real madrid to take advantage of this opportunity this week to take over the leadership.
So, if Real madrid wins against Almeria, of course Real Madrid will lead the standing with a 2 point advantage over Girona. For Almeria, they had strong opponents in these two matches where they managed to draw with Girona to a draw and they have the ambition to draw Real madrid again.

Yes, with regards to the next upcoming match between Girona and Sevilla. It has already been indicated that Girona might win, even though we know that football or a game specifically can’t be predicted, but Girona has been showing all possible signs of returning to their original activeness, especially with their recent performance in the Copa Del Rey match against Rayo, as you mentioned, where they were temporarily leading 3-1. Even if you go back to their previous match against Sevilla, you will see that they ended the match with a score of 1-2. This indicates that Michel's team has been productive in terms of scoring goals. For that result, I will say Girona is currently at the stage of winning their match against Sevilla.
 
Regarding Real Madrid, they have the opportunity to overtake Girona in the rankings, which is like a golden opportunity, as they are only 1 point behind Girona. Although I believe Real Madrid will defeat Almeria because they have played before, the match ended 1-3. Although I know we can conclude that, believe me, Real Madrid are stronger than Almeria, even based on their performance, you can't compare them. To me, Madrid also has a high probability of winning the match, but we still can’t conclude because, for a small chance, Almeria could surprise them.
 

Barcelona shouldnt lose hope about the tittle this season because most of their key players are out due to injury,I know it's really going to affect them and have alot to do on the team,which will definitely kill the moral and mindset they had towards winning the league,but if they should forget about the absentees and the people who are out due to injury,and focus on getting better,there is still chance for them to meetup.Although,it's really going to be hard because Girona and Madrid are not looking likely that they will lose form at the moment,they both wants to win the league,and they are ahead of Barca which will make the race a quite tough one for Barça,but I would have said they should continue striving towards getting better results and winning more games consistently, because that's the only way in which they can meetup.

I think that the comparison can be found right there as you said it. When you say you can't compare them, you imply that it is not possible because they don't have a midfield now that is as strong as it was back then. But that is the comparison right there and it is true. Barcelona was the most complete team I have ever seen back in their golden era. On every position they were superior, or in some games maybe in 8 or 9 positions out of the full 11. But these days this is not the case anymore and this becomes more evident when you compare Barcelona with other Champions League participants.

I think Barcelona is in position to fight for nothing to lose, because their hope for La Liga title is too slim. they just need to address and evaluate what things have gone wrong to prepare their campaign for next season. But despite any setbacks, there's still ample time left in the season for teams to turn their fortunes around. Real Madrid's consistency is what makes their competitors being underpressure. I agree with this because Barcelona's problems are now quite complex and cannot be resolved simultaneously because it takes time to be resolved which makes the situation uncontrollable for Barcelona and Xavi will not be able to solve it so that for the situation in La Liga maybe they will give up the title this season even though the match is still very long and there is still plenty of time to make them rise but in the end catching up now with their current situation it will be very difficult.

But if in the end there is a situation where their players start to complete again (recover from injuries) and their focus is only on La Liga just like last season I think for the competition there is still hope because even though their performance is still bad now but the points gap is still not too far when compared to the remaining matches in this season.

The situation of Sevilla is currently not very good but in terms of possession and attack they are actually not inferior, it's just that their defense is bad at the moment.
Technically at this time, Girona is definitely favored for 3 points in this match because apart from them playing at home with the support of their fans in terms of performance they are also far superior, it's just that I don't think this will be easy for them if in the end Sevilla knows the mistakes they always make in La Liga.
Sevilla are too focused on attacking so they forget about defense which actually makes their situation in the match complicated because they are always preoccupied with attacking so that the gaps in the fragile defense are increasingly visible and can be maximized by the opponent. That was how Barcelona was before. By then, there was no team that was doing better than what Barcelona was doing, and I think the problem was that things change because by then,and you can see that some players they were playing with are not playing football or some have already leave the team, and  some teams that are here now have not been introduced by then. and since those teams come in, they begin to buy players with a huge amount of money, so I think basically Barcelona finances are not like before because they are not reigning like before.
However, the team that I can compare to Barcelona at that time is Real Madrid; they were also doing very well by then.

Exactly, and I think that is what is affecting Barcelona. A lot people have been saying that Barcelona are not doing well without mentioning their weak points, although personally, I have observed the squad and I didn’t see any weak points. The only thing I always think they need is what you just said: they should reorganise the squad well; they should stop depending on a player; one person cannot do it alone; he needs other players to assist, and I think that is what affects them.

Real Madrid also has injured players. Almost all their first defense is injured, starting from the Keep Thibaut Courtois. The difference between Real Madrid and Barcelona is that there is always a guy ready to step in when the other is injured. That why it looks like Real Madrid are Ok even with the injured players they currently have.

The race for the league title is still wide open and if Barcelona are really interested to fight for the league title, they still have enough time for that and they shouldn’t give up hope on that so soon. Real Madrid and Girona have been consistent in their wins but that alone is not enough until their consistency see them through to the end of the season. As for Real Madrid, I know winning the title is their most preferred option now but for Girona; finishing at the top four and qualifying for the champions league is more important to them. Girona will try to win the league title but they won’t put much effort if they see that it’s already slipping through their fingers.
