You are right Barcelona has lost so many matches this season, although there match against Real Madrid I had a strong feeling that real Madrid will surely win them because we all no how real Madrid has been really performing good this season and considering how Girona was able to win Barcelona, meanwhile real Madrid is more better in times of performance than Girona so I became confident that real Madrid will win Barcelona and it just happened the way I had predicted the match.

Honestly Barcelona is really having difficult time this season because of some of there inexperience players and there chances of coming back to there main performance they are known for is still not certain because of the financial challenges they are currently having so perhaps Barcelona improvement in performance is actually depend on if there management will be able to sign a good striker during the transfer window so that there will be an improvement next season.

The problem is that Barcelona doesn't seem to have anything they can highlight so far and for Real Madrid they are far above Barcelona for this season and almost dominate all the title races that are still active now. I don't understand what causes Barcelona to be like this and repeatedly they fail to win against Real Madrid. Xavi became the person most responsible and his position as coach was starting to be doubted.

Arteta, Barca must really have fallen what difference does this make?
Actually I think they should continue to stick with Xavi at least a season or 2 more and see how Gerard pique will fair in his coaching career, since we have seen alot of stars failing to perform well as coach after retirement while Xavi is even among the most excellent. Arteta should not be an option for Barcelona what has he achieved Xavi has got the league while Arteta best season , which was last season got nothing. Xavi main issue this season has been injury, they shouldn't compare themselves to Real Madrid especially and just focus on overcoming all their main struggle which is the injuries and finance.

I can't believe that Barcelona wants to fire Xavi? I think it is funny, Xavi has done his best for Barcelona. If Barcelona can't win the trophy this season, it is because Barcelona has no money to build the squad with proper players. They are lucky that Barcelona is still strong enough with many young players from their academy. Xavi actually begins to renew Barcelona squad with young players. I don't know how you concluded that Gerrard Pique would be the best option for Barcelona. Do you assume that a footballer who just retired from active football in 2022 with no coaching experience will be able to manage a financially handicapped club like Barcelona? From the list of prospective coaches that you mentioned, I think Gerrard is the least qualified. He was highly loved in the club as a player doesn't guarantee that he would be successful as a coach. He needs to gain experience by working in a lower club or as an assistant to a world-class coach. Alternatively, the Saudi league could also be a good grooming ground for the Spanish defender.

If Barcelona sacks Xavier Hernández, they should get a more experienced coach who can manage the available players and maximize the meager resources that are available in the club. But I don't think there is any need to sack Xavi, a coach that won the La Liga last season and has qualified for the UCL round of sixteen. If he is sacked, I am sure Xavi will not be jobless for a long time because he is a good coach who maintains a good relationship with his players.

I have to say that if Barcelona want to appear consistent then they have to choose a coach who is quite experienced and of the 3 names you mentioned, I will choose Mikel Arteta as Xavi's replacement. There is no particular reason why I chose him because we all know how he has coached Arsenal so far and he has even been able to turn Arsenal into a team to be reckoned with several seasons ago. Mikel Arteta is also very good at cultivating young players and Barcelona really needs a coach like him.

For Pique and Rafa Marquez, I have to say that they are not the right coaching candidates for a team as big as Barcelona and they also feel they lack experience in facing challenges in increasingly fierce competition. Mikel Arteta doing a good job for Arsenal Yes I must admit, infact, he remains the best coach for Arsenal since Arsene Wenger finally left the club for retirement.
But then, Mikel Arteta has nothing to back his brilliance, infact tjat should speak for him and would clear the pathway for the spadinard. I can't believe that Barcelona wants to fire Xavi? I think it is funny, Xavi has done his best for Barcelona.
