When a club becomes strong, it's not the coach that's praised rather its their players and the supporters, everyone have one or two supports to render for the club. Xavi Hernandez fixing the club but it will take lengthy period of time before they finally get everything done while the players are also trying so hard to build up for the purpose to become very competitive against their opponents and also becoming favorites infront of goals. Barcelona decline in performance and that have been really one of the terrible stats for the club this season, having nothing great to boosts about other than hopping from challenge to another.

Xavi Hernandez is a strict guy so this is normal and for Barcelona, I think having a coach like Xavi Hernandez is a good luck charm as Xavi is a great coach and a teacher, and for sure as a player you don't want to make a mistake when he is around, for sure Barcelona will be a different team but I really don't expect that much faster maybe in the next season it will surely also depends on the players that Xavi Hernandez is teaching, them for sure one at a time,


For sure as the season is setting into its near half Barcelona if they clearly don't change 1 bit may end up in the 4th position and Girona could be the champion but we will surely see if they can manage to make that happen as Real Madrid is not letting this slip and both teams are hungry for the victory for sure for me Girona is great but they are in the face of the championship team, and it is clearly hard for them to make some adjustments right now, but as the Laliga right now I am excited seeing that there are teams that can be even with Real Madrid, and Girona FC had made a great adjustment for this season they have rise the bracket faster than expected,


For Barcelona, if the coach isn't performing well they can just throw him off, but if the problem is the players then the management might be the one that can adjust to this, and for sure there are many players in Barcelona that are inexperience but there are also old ones that are ready to retire or near their retirement I think Barcelona can get rid of them if they are underperforming well, I feel sorry for Robert Lewandowski if he is underperforming then it is good for Barcelona to get rid of him for sure,

That's right, they won a lot of games thanks to their great defense last season, but I still think that a team like Barcelona should never neglect their offensive game. Barcelona is a trademark for great combinations and highly skilled dribblings and it would be sad if they turn into one of those teams that only park the bus and hope for this one goal that they then defend with everything they have until the last minute. They should find the right balance and not abandon the beautiful soccer they used to play years ago. There are enough teams parking the bus, Barcelona should not become one of them.

I believe that a lot of players like Torres and other players do not deserve their place of Barcelona, They are not delivering good performance. So, letting them out may give barcelona some financial freedom to get better players. beside that, they should start relying only to their academy new players (la Masia Academy ), For exemple Gavi, Pedri, Balde and others who really performed way better than the players they bought.

Personally, I don't think that Barcelona will win any trophy this season. the process of rebuilding a new team that compete against top teams such as Real Madird or Manchester City in UCL is not possible now. We really miss Barcelona with Messi, Neymar, Suárez....

I think it's easier to solve the problem on defense. Last season, Barcelona won the championship by conceding very few goals thanks to its good defense. They are conceding easy goals this season. In attack, players other than Lewandowski contribute very little. If they score more goals, the problem will be solved.
Neither of them are insurmountable problems. Xavi can fix these if he wants. Mentally, Barcelona needs to be stronger. If they improve mentally, the results will also improve.

To me, Barcelona has two major problems.
One is their defense and secondly it's their attack. I don't know which is easier to fix but if hey don't fix those two departments, they won't be winning any silverware this season.

The defense concedes too many goals. A defense of that nature should not be conceding that much goals. They have very good defendere but they always lack concentration either at the beginning of the game or at the end.

As for the attack, have you seen the expected goals stats of Barcelona? They miss too many chances. The are the team in La Liga that have created the most chances and they're also the team have missed the most big chances. They really need to fix that.

  Xavi has achieved success at Barcelona even with the financial situation of the club and yes, he must be given his accolades. The club might chose to sack him but that’s not on basis of his success rate at the team. It could be as a result of the club’s financial status but it’s better to have a mutiny agreement and discuss a pay cut rather that actual sacking because Xavi is ones of the club’s pride and knows how best to handle this club.

 No doubt he’s mid class but he’s not doing bad compared to his footballing counterparts like Gerrard and co, so I think Barcelona board should sit with him and come to an agreement should Incase it’s their financial status that’s the issue here. Else I think letting Xavi go might probably haunt them soon, cause they might end up bringing in another manager that would be worst or no where compared to Xavi

Yes Barcelona have been going through this season with very poor performances, due to which they are losing easily to their opponents. We can see that Barca, a strong team, is currently not playing a very good attacking full game even against normal teams and is losing. We have seen Barcelona attack in every match with frustration and they are not succeeding but losing matches. No supporter can accept that this team, who won La Liga last year, will perform so poorly in the new season. As they are a big team and a strong team, they are not playing very well but they are easily succumbing to the opposition. But if Barcelona improve their game, surely we can see the old Barcelona in the field again in the next matches and we will see their position at the top of the points table.

Even though the hope is like that i think with the current conditions it is not too easy to improve even in the middle of the season unless there are some improvements that occur for their players especially for the attack line.
Gavi still won't be playing and this could indirectly weaken the situation in attack, and the option to bring Ansu back from Brighton is also out of the question as Ansu is also out injured for at least a few months.
