Real madrid is a big team for sure they can easily get players of good quality for the attack line for next season. indeed benzema has entered old age and even storms of injuries have often approached him. however real madrid will continue to make benzema their main player next season and in benzema absence other opportunities arise for other players to be brought in in the upcoming transfer window.

If Barcelona manage to defeat Vallecano tomorrow the gap with Real Madrid will go up to 14 points. This means that they can announce their La Liga title while there are four weeks left to the end. First of all I think this has been a fully deserved championship for Barcelona. They have played really great and especially their high effort in defense has been incredible. Their tight defending helped them concede only 9 goals in 30 matches. Can you imagine that? Grin

This is going to be a compensation for the past three seasons in which they couldn't win the La Liga title absolutely.

Now I'm curious about what they will be able to do in the Champions League next season. Because Xavi hasn't been able to impress people even a bit there. Barcelona performed horrible there in this season too. Xavi must be very experienced already and he must have learned his lesson. The supporters will expect a solid run from them next time so Xavi had better focus on that more.

I never saw it coming but it has happened. I was hoping it will at least end in a draw but it exceeded 4 goals after the first 2 goals scored under 31 minutes in the first half. Real Madrid's defense against Ggirona should not be what we are expecting against Manchester city cuz if it is, the result will be too shameful. Girona was in full preparation for their match against Real Madrid in their home. They were fighting to check whether they can qualify for Europa League while Real Madrid is not fighting for the Laliga title again because they have already given up the title to Barcelona. What they already need is to keep maintaining the second to the third position of the Laliga table so as to qualify for the champions league next season

I think the reason to focus with Manchester City for this can't be a reason that makes sense because even if they want to keep the players fit but come on the semi-final is still very long because it will happen in the 2nd week of May and that means there is still 2 more weeks for that.
Madrid had too much fun in attack so they forgot about the defense area which was actually a bad thing for them.
