Going a whole season without a trophy is definitely reason enough for Madrid to sack their coach. There are already talks about his sack amongst the fanbase. One of the factors that can determine his sack is if he doesn't win Barcelona in any of the two remaining classicos of the reason. It may sound silly but they take that rivalry seriously. And to be honest, Madrid are not really playing very well. Against Barcelona they couldn't get a single shot on target at home, that's a very bad stat for a team like Madrid. Ancelotti"s job is on the line and he knows it. It is not a certainty that he will be sacked if he doesn't win a trophy this season but its a possibility.

With his current appearance, it seems that Madrid have very little chance this season to bring home the title. In La Liga I think the title already belongs to Barcelona, then in the Copa Del Rey there is still a 50:50 chance for both of them. A team's setback is indeed the full responsibility of a coach, but in my opinion it is very unfair to have to fire Don Carlo in the near future. Problems in the Los Blancos squad were detected towards the end of the year and added to by Benzema's injury at that time. Madrid's management should have spent on players in January transfers to add strength and keep the team's performance stable.

If you look at the statistics, on paper Atletico are far superior especially playing as the host is certainly an important point for Atletico to play more insistently by making a goal feast and of course this victory returns Atletico to third place in the Spanish League standings with 45 points.

The gap between sevilla the valladolid and valencia is not so big. These clubs have very big chances to be relegated next season. Sevilla performed so badly against atletico but that is not surprising to me caused by atletico is very strong right now with so many good attackers.

The match against sevilla already showed about how aggressive atletico madrid is in la liga. Atletico madrid has a mission to be qualified for UCL next season. Atletico has always become black horse in the competition for la liga trophy but I'm not seeing any possibility for atletico to be able to chase real madrid or even barcelona which is still at the top position in la liga.

Looking at the opponents they are facing it is clear that 3 points can still be obtained but I am still a little skeptical about Madrid now.
Ancelotti's scheme is always the same and this makes them always read in the strategy. However they have decent players and their scheme should be modified a bit now for their performance because at the moment they are really in trouble.

I think that man of the match is still griezmann. Griezmann's contribution was a lot during the match. Griemmann was always helping to build proper attack. This guy is contributing 1 goal, 1 assist and griezman is also having so many accurate pass and always win in the duel against sevilla's player.

6-1 with the condition that if we see the 4 goals they scored came from quick counter attacks which were quite deadly.
This condition makes them more confident again now. their players, especially those who have just arrived this season, Morata and Depay managed to score braces in this match.

Atletico's performance was excellent especially in capitalizing on the chances they had. Sevilla were too carried away in the intensity of Atletico's game especially when they applied defense which made Sevilla out of their zone which made Atletico's counterattacks difficult to anticipate.
In this match I didn't even think their score would be this big and obviously this is beyond my expectations. With this result they managed to dislodge Sociedad from the top 3 and their condition does not seem to be much different from last season where they were always very good towards the end of the season.
