What kind of stable you meant. EPL has more biggest clubs compared with la liga. Lewandowski got a red card before world cup, and as far as I am aware, he got even a three game ban as well, and even if he didn't that means he got at least one game ban from being red carded hasn't he? In the La Liga standings, Real Madrid still has to be in second place even though the number of points is the same as Barcelona. And for Manchester City it's the same where the team is also still in second place in the Premier League standings because it was unable to stem the consistency of the Arsenal team this season by continuing to win matches easily. This is a very small difference for this season and it is likely to change again when the two teams get another game in the near future.

Even though they played well in this match, this did not make them win with the desired result.Lots of mistakes were made including the many cards that were created in this match for Barcelona. Their passing was excellent and possession as usual was dominating from the start but with a few mistakes on offense this just made them look bad and 1 point was all they could take in this game.

I think we should go easy on Lewandowski. Because he isn't the main problem of not winning this match. It would be unfair to disregard his superb performance in the league so far as well. He is still the top scorer and drawing the attention to himself. He has mostly had problems against big teams but I believe in him to fix that issue as well. The team performance should have been higher than this to win here. It looks like there have been many big teams failing in winning before entering the new year.
