I think barcelona players were nervous since they scored the goal and its mainly because of the inexperience of the players despite having talent gavi and pedri need to get the experience especially in games such as derby's were the best team doesn't always win a lot of missed opportunities in this game and the fact that madrid won make it more of a disapointement.

I don't think Barcelona were nervous in the second half. Espanyol made corrections in the second half. They were able to make their defense more better limiting the attacks of Barcelona. it was a worthy derby one that ended both side in red card. Barcelona missed out on several chances. They will have to continue sharing point with Madrid until one of them breaks out.

Barcelona drew this match. This is probably their first match after the World Cup. However, I did not see any good opportunities for Barcelona in this match. Their team still has that midfielder and defense problem.

Real actually played very well and sometimes in football you have to work hard and sometimes it looks like you got lucky. Shouldn't he be petitioned and penalized for all of that errors he's had lately, how can they not preview all of his card actions ? VAR most at times haven't improve football in anyway. Those bookings qre far too much, anyways that shouldn't be my pain, whats more important and painful is that Barcelona dropped points and they currently sits below Real Madrid.

That is the issue with the referee, Antonio Mateu Lahoz. I called him a yellow card referee. If you watch the match between Argentina and the Netherlands, you will notice that he issued 18 yellow cards and one red card. Fifa should sanction him and prohibit him from officiating a game of football. Maybe he should go ref a rugby game.😁😁😁😁

The referee had a bad game so many bad calls this shouldn't be a performance of a person who is under criticism after his World Cup. I think he needs to be relegated to Laliga 2 he definitely has lost it. On the other hand Barcelona were too relax after the first goal in the 7 minutes. Raphinha was poor in the match missing a particular one on one with the goal keeper. Dembele came on and also was not effective. His he facing some problems because he a bad outing for France in the world Cup too. Espanyol did well and deserved that point even though some think it wasn't a penalty but I think it is because Alonso stepped on Joselu leg.
