Atletico madrid ended up in the third position considering their performance this season i think its thanks to their second half good results if they didn't manage to get back to the right track they would've been out of the champions league.

No it wasn't luck, mentally they were pretty good at UCL. They have more passion when playing at UCL. Today they also won 0-2 from Barcelona. I disagree with you because Barcelona players tried their possible best to defeat Villarreal but Villarreal coach reminded his players to use their main strategies to defeat Barcelona 2-0 to prove to people is not by manage but by standard preparation. This is a sign to other teams that Villarreal are well prepared to win this la Liga league title because they have qualified for the conference league which their coach has a lot of things to do to improve the team before final. I believe Villarreal has what it takes to win this season title because their defense are very strong compare to other teams that are still struggle with their defense in this tournament.

And Granada are victims of their success in staying in La Liga. Yes, their victory meant that Granada had to be thrown into the relegation zone after they only drew with Espanyol. Mallorca didn't do it alone because Cadiz threw Granada just like Mallorca did. What a disappointing ending for Mallorca this season.

Barcelona dominated massively in this match. But unfortunately they failed to record a goal. While, Villarreal won the game with 2 goals. Perhaps, Barcelona didn't take the match very serious. Since, they were already at a decent position on the standings. And they fully knew losing the game won't in any way affect their place. Although, Villarreal performance was impressive. They really needed the 3 points badly to secure their space in the Europa Conference League next season, and they probably ended up at the 7th position.

Sometimes it is like that, a team can control the game and play very well in performance and still not score any goal. The opportunities Barcelona had to score luck was not their side for those opportunities to count, instead Villarreal was the lucky one to score 2 goals. Barcelona have a good position but I wanted to win the match.
