They need to give something good now because reflecting from this match they were lacking in finishing

Bad results happen, even Bayern's fans were stressed until the last minutes of the game or else Dortmund could catch them. In La Liga, ATM missed the opportunity to annoy Barca and Sevilla by losing vs Mallorca... They are 3 points away from Sevilla and up to 6 from Barca which lacks 2 games. They have 7 games left including Real Madrid and Sevilla. They should worry about their CL spot for real!

Everything as you wanted - Atlético lost, and Seivlha won (judging by the minutes when the last two goals were scored, it was a crazy match). As I said it was an important match for Sevilla because Betis won and if it wasn't for that win there would have been only one point left between them. By the way, now Betis can throw Atlético out of the top 4 at the first mistake of Atlético. Simenone again put the club on the brink of disaster, I hope it was not in vain and in the second leg against City they can at least fight.

It is very big surprise for Mallorca to defeat athletico madrid. If you go through la Liga table you would see Mallorca is down the table among the last teams, they haven't been performing well, it comes to my surprise they were able to defeat athletico madrid. Athletico madrid really lost this opportunity to win Mallorca to top their point. Athletico madrid have lost against Manchester City in the Champions League and also lost against Mallorca in laliga, am not happy about their lost in all this games.

The lost against Barcelona was a wake up for Sevilla. It was the first time I saw them score four goals in a match this year. Although, I can't conclude that they are fully back on track. How they plays their next match will determine that. Let's see if they will be able to beat Real Madrid.

While, Barcelona have to put in more effort in their matches, to enable them to either slide up on the standings or retail their present position. But, Barca have more advantage of overtaking Sevilla because they have an outstanding game to play.

However, Atletico Madrid have a more tougher match to play in the Champion League. So, I don't think they will take their game against Mallorca serious.

I don't think that Sevilla's victory was the beginning of their comeback after the defeat to Barcelona and some other bad results, against the Granada team they really deserved to win because Granada is a team that is in the bottom row of the standings but what happened was that Sevilla almost failed to win victory if there is no goal at the end of the match scored by Rafa Mir in the 90+3 minute and Alejandro Gomez in the 90+9 minute. it means that only against a team like Granada, Sevilla is still very difficult, I think Sevilla need to improve in all aspects for next season they don't have any hope this season.

Granada's performance fascinated me. Granada is not an experienced team like Sevilla. They are very close to the relegation zone. Even then, they fought hard against Sevilla in the away match. However, Sevilla's two goals in extra time after 90 minutes were outstanding. Sevilla played well, they dominated the whole match. And by winning this match they have been able to regain the second place in the table.

@hahay it’s just not about luck Sevilla have played very well this season, but in the last few matches they did underperform but now it seems that they’re back with a big win. Also I tried finding the reason for those extra minutes, but so far I can’t find any article which justifies so much extra time, hence if someone has a link do share it as even I’m curious to understand why the referee allowed so many extra minutes.

Really didn't expect Sevilla to win at home in such a dramatic way, they scored two goals at the end of the game and to be honest it looks like Sevilla are still lucky in this moment. I personally didn't watch this broadcast live and don't know what happened, so the extra time given was quite long because the 2 goals scored at the end of the match were in +3 and +9 minutes. I'm curious about what's going on on the pitch, because there's no reason to delay the match for a long time so the longest extra time is at least +5, but it's up to +9.

Completely opposite situation for both teams in terms of recent form, because Atletico Madrid has won all 5 matches in their last 5, meanwhile Mallorca has lost all of the last five matches.
so, it should be an easy win for Atletico Madrid and there shouldn't be any question of any surprises in that match.

I was so confident that Sevilla would win the match and they did well though it was tough match. Granda scored first and then a great come back from Sevilla. They have proved that they have ability to show something different to their opponent.

I had confidence in Sevilla that they were going to win the match at the end. Although Granada put in a good fight and we're able to disturb their goal post by netting two, that didn't stop Sevilla; infact I felt it was a great propeller to push them.
At some point in the game, after the second goal in the second half, it looked like the game will end in a 2- 1 win in favor of Sevilla, but then Mir R and and Papi Gomez came and sealed their fate in the added time of the ninety minutes. Good job to them
