There is no doubt now that Benzema is the main weapon for the Real Madrid squad, how this spearhead has done his job so well not only in La Liga but also in the Champions League. When Real Madrid hit a stalemate it was this player who saved the team with his incredible goals. I've come to think about how Real Madrid would be if they didn't have Benzema this season. Will they experience a stalemate or are there other players who play the role of Benzema.
Karim Benzema is the best player currently at real Madrid. He is terrific with the ball and knows how to position when scoring goals. He is a player that has a lengthy experience in football, despite playing with the all time best player in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo and playing against Leo Messi. Without the substantial player, I don't know what Carlo Ancelloti and the team would have done. This incredible player have different goal scoring techniques to use against each of the team he played against.

Barcelona must be wondering whether Real Madrid would lose any points against Getafe this week. Because Real Madrid are competing in the Champions League at the same time and they are going to have their rematch against Chelsea in only a week. Maybe they will rotate the squad a lot or their mind will be on the rematch mostly. These things would give a chance to Getafe to surprise them. But it still seems too hard to me that Real Madrid would lose points in this game. Barcelona should just focus on winning their remaining games.

Real Madrid are currently keeping a nice points gap from Barca (12 points). Even if they lose against Gefeta, It won't affect their position. So, Barcelona don't have to worry about how Madrid's plays their game. Their entire attention now should probably be on how to maintain sitting at the second place on the standings. Because, presently they are having the same points with Sevilla, and the slightest mistake can result to them dropping to the 3rd position.
This is what Barcelona should be doing, I'm afraid that when they focus on chasing Real Madrid it's hurting their own team or they lose balance because they are too passionate. So it's better for them to focus on maintaining their position in the standings now. And if up front they get a chance to get close to Real Madrid, consider it a bonus for their consistency.

Even if it's a pretty hard thing to see but it looks like it will be their prayer for madrid defeat Cheesy It's a little difficult now because Madrid are definitely in a pretty high self-confidence because apart from them being far ahead, they have also appeared to be improving again after Benzema's recovery. Getafe are quite a good opponent although in the last few matches they have drawn more but this is still good for those who are still struggling in the middle of the table. but Madrid is not an opponent that will share the points fairly with them
In any case, Barcelona needs to win their match and hope for a misfire from Real Madrid, but whether these hopes will come true, only the game itself will show. Definitely, Real Madrid in the match with Getafe will carry out a certain rotation of leaders, keeping in mind the return match with Chelsea and there are certain chances for the pursuers, which should not be forgotten, besides Barcelona, also includes Sevilla and Atletico Madrid. However, so far all these chances look very illusory and all the hope is that Real Madrid itself will believe in its victory in the championship too early and will play the remaining matches carelessly Wink No one is talking about losing to Real Madrid, for a start, you can draw a result Grin

Even though Real Madrid have to rotate players because they also have to focus on the Champions League, the Real Madrid squad is still fairly evenly distributed between their core and second-tier players. It is too difficult for Getafe to beat Real Madrid if you look at the comparison of these two teams. I don't think Barcelona will wonder if Real Madrid will win or not, but they want Real Madrid to lose that game.

I guess Real Madrid will experience a stalemate as Barcelona and Atletico Madrid performance in the early season. Benzema's role is very crucial, he is always involved in any goal made by Real Madrid. Especially in UCL competition this season, without Benzema goals, Real Madrid has been eliminated in the previous round. In La Liga, his role is also very clear, he shows it by being Real Madrid top scorer.

Mbappe and Haaland are good players to replace Benzema, but I don't think the negotiations will go smoothly when other teams are also competing for the signatures of these two players. If Mbappe goes to Real Madrid, then Barcelona should be able to get Haaland, lol.
For these 2 options, it is likely that Mbappe really has to go to Real Madrid. Meanwhile, Haaland, if he goes to Barcelona will be the ideal formation for Barcelona and will be even more difficult to beat. By the way, Mbappe alone goes to Real Madrid in my opinion it's still not enough to give a surprise like Benzema. Still can't cover Benzema's criteria for Mbappe.
I think this deal won't be happened. Mbappe can stay in PSG for another session. Mbappe has strong intention to play on Real Madrid but he is also happy to play on PSG. I think he can lose his performance if he leaves PSG in this session.
At PSG there is already Messi and Neymar, which means Mbappe to show quality will be very independent by showing Mbappe's skills then he will have to pioneer it at another club. The presence of Messi and Neymar alone has made it difficult for other strikers to stand out and develop. Of course, Mbappe had to share a seat with Messi and Neymar, which made the two-star players shine even more. It doesn't make Mbappe dim completely, but for his young age and strong stamina, flying hours must be paid more attention and Real Madrid is the right club for him.

I agree, Karim has been playing great this season, even though I was hoping Chelsea could win the match or at least draw it, but they couldn't, Benzema put three nails in the coffin in this particular match. He's playing well in the league as well... That's what it means when there are no competing strikers in a team

I also don't think that Barcelona have any chance for the La Liga title from now on. Real Madrid mustn't be underestimated just because they lost to Barcelona like that. They are still a completely solid team and the most deserving team for the league title. Barcelona are just amazing, it is true. But the gap between them is just too big to catch up with. We should realize this and just look for enjoying the rest of the season. Because I feel sure that we will still watch great games.
Barcelona's only chance of becoming Spanish champions should be next season; based on how their new manager Xavi is building the team, they will be among the title contenders next season; however, it is too late for them this season because Real Madrid is in fine form and cannot afford to lose any more games; additionally, there is a significant point difference between the two teams.

Next season is going to be great. I can feel it already now. Because Barcelona have built a great system right now and we are seeing it in each one of their league games. Xavi has done a great work and proved how much good he know about Barcelona. As long as the vision is maintained, I expect Barcelona to fight for the La Liga title very hard. And they might do some good things in the Champions League also. They are developing themselves very quickly now.

The Best Tipster on the Forum!!
The only game tomorrow is Sevilla - Granada. And I believe that this is a quite important game for Sevilla. Because they have been having a really bad form recently. They lost their last four league games and they need to improve their morale as quick as possible now. Granada are not a big opponent for Sevilla. This is a golden opportunity for Sevilla to have things under control again I mean. Sevilla would aim to get a decent win without caring about having a big goal difference as always.

Sevilla is an apsolute favorite in this match and i think everything other then a win here for Sevilla will cost them badly .  If Sevilla loses points tommorow that would mean their place for champions league will be much harder to keep. If they lose points Betis will have an amazing chance to come much closer to them

Real Madrid is clearly punching above its weight. I just could not believe that they managed to defeat Chelsea on the Champions and it is magnificent to see them even when they are very far from being the best Real ever, perhaps not even close to other years in which they had even more "stars" playing in most of the field roles. Let us see if they now keep up in La Liga or there is a chance for a more exciting season end.

Sevilla could not win 3 matches even before the defeat against Barcelona. And so even if Granada is an easy opponent, Sevilla's chances of winning are low. Granada's performance in the last two matches was not bad. They will also want to share points against Sevilla. And since Sevilla plays defensively, it will be easier for Granada to draw the match.

It is very naive to assume that Sevilla will play defensively against Granada and Granada will easily draw. I think that in a home match Sevilla will easily crush the opponent and win with a score of 3-0 or 4-0. But if you are confident in your analysis, you can place a bet and get a good profit - bookmakers' quotes for a draw in this match are very profitable (if to think that a draw will actually happen):

1,43 - 4,60 - 8,40
It's true that even though Granada's performance in the previous match was quite good, it would be very funny if a team like Sevilla would survive totally in this lag.
they have a big chance to win now so why should they apply a defensive strategy. this is a chance for them to close the margin with Barcelona and secure third place now whose points could have been overtaken by athletico so it's very possible for them to go all out now

As the main spear for now, but it's true it will be a while when Benzema begins to enter retirement age. Then has Ancelotti prepared his successor when it will all happen in a fairly short time? This should have been taken into consideration because without Benzema it turns out that Real Madrid is very weak. This season Real Madrid can lock the victory in La Liga. But in the UCL there are still tough opponents like Bayern Munich, Liverpool, and Man City.
Benzema is in excellent form this season with his impressive goalscoring record. He recorded 2 heatriks in the Champions League in 2 consecutive match against PSG and Chelsea, but Ancelotti is still thinking about his replacement next season because it is impossible to expect an old player like Benzema to play consistently and score goals in every match when he is physically too tired.

Mbappe and Haaland are good players to replace Benzema, but I don't think the negotiations will go smoothly when other teams are also competing for the signatures of these two players. If Mbappe goes to Real Madrid, then Barcelona should be able to get Haaland, lol.

I just didn't expect the old players to be the key to the team in terms of scoring goals, because usually the older players don't have a good performance anymore but Benzema at this moment was really very surprising. Also, the current top scorer of La Liga is Benzema after Messi and Ronaldo left, Benzema showed how great he is and getting his goals in La Liga is no longer possible to be chased by other players. In addition, Benzema is also the main competitor in the list of top scorers in the UCL with Lewandowski, if in the second leg later Bayern Munich can't win then it will be certain that Benzema will become the holder of the top scorers in La Liga and in the UCL at an age that is no longer young.

It is very rare to find a striker who is over 30 years old still performing well and being productive in scoring goals. Benzema is a striker who is
34 years old, but his goal-scoring ability is unquestionable. Benzema has been very productive this season with Real Madrid, even Benzema has
reached his best form this season. So far, Benzema has scored 37 goals this season, the number of goals is the most in a season since Benzema
joined Real Madrid in 2009. Can't believe Benzema has been at Real Madrid for 13 years, there is even the possibility of Benzema ending his career
as a professional footballer at Real Madrid. For now in La Liga Karim Benzema is still the top scorer with 22 goals, while in second place is
Vinicius Junior with 14 goals. As for the Champions League competition, Karim Benzema is only one goal away from Robert Lewandowski.
These two strikers are old but have become goal machines at their respective clubs.
